+ -1 morePurcell AC is the successor to Miller Air Design who installed our system in 1998 (approx). When I called this time I learned that Jeff Purcell had taken over the business. We have been very happy with the work done by Miller, so I gave the new guys a try. Not disappointed. Prompt, easy to work with, knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: Most recently, they fixed our furnace which was not lighting off. All it took was removing the electronic sensor that detects the flame and cleaning it up. They charged nothing for this... no labor, no service call fee.

+ -1 moreJeff is the the new owner of Miller Air Design, long time HVAC contractor in Orange County. I selected Miller to install a new AC and heating system back in 1999. They were the best bid in terms of the proposed system and cost and did an excellent job of installation. Moreover, they have provided excellect service over the years. Example: Today I arrived back home this afternoon and found the house a bit cold. The heater was not lighting off as it should. I called PAC and Jeff said although he wasn't the sevice person, he would drop by on his way home. He was here within the hour and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I asked him for an invoice and he said "Merry Christmas!" Very nice young fellow and obviously knows his stuff.
Description of Work: Fixed the heater his company installed 10 years ago without charge.
