Musical Instrument Repair
If you have a piano recorder by QRS which runs on cassettes -and your piano recorder no longer works - then this is the man for you!After you spent a great deal in the 70's through the 80's on the piano to play the music by it self, and find your big investment no longer working.
You will be amazed that Randy Cox comes to your home and swaps out the old non-working piano recorder and then installs a used - but re-vamped piano recorder for you to get your ears to hear beautiful music again!He has a list of over 6,000 customers who he repairs these piano recorders.
He is a true craftsman and a dying art - plus he is the only one on the west coast who can do this! Don't keep it off if your piano recorder is not working; because he could move out of state - so repair it now while you have the chance! So I did get it done approximately April 2009.
Now the Don's ~ The one thing that Randy is not good about, is giving you all the 30 disks that he promises that comes with the new piano recorder. So don't rely on him to give you all of them - make sure that you get them when he installs it; if he doesn't have all of them, then tell him to come back another time when he has all of the disks that is suppose to come with the new piano recorder.
Otherwise, you may not get them - that's the main reason why my friend didn't go with him to do his new piano recorder because of the fact that I still don't have all of the promised disks for my new piano recorder. I paid for the equipment and the new disks after he installed the equipment - but didn't have but only 6 of the disks. After calling several times, and he had stated that he had moved and just got too busy, then I just got tired of calling. Finally he sent me more, but I'm still missing the rest of the disks.**
Update - As of approximately July 2012 ~ Randy did call me to explain that he had several personal matters ~ and that he would some day get me the disks to me. I understand about personal matters in everyone's lives; but I will wait and see if I get the remaining disks ~ I think there is like 20 of them still missing. At this point, it would be just nice to mail them to my work address. So I think I'll leave an email for him to mail them to my mailing address ~ will let you all know the update if I receive them.
