Peartree Construction offered our home extraordinary workmanship, professionalism, and courtesy. Sean gave us an astoundingly excellent estimate for replacement of three sections of fascia boards that had been damaged by termites. Their company fastidiously kept in touch with us regarding the scheduling of the work. The crew sent out to do the work, Jaime and his partner, took 2 gruelingly hot days to complete the work. So very punctual, detail-oriented, and meticulous. My family and I were completely impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending Peartree Construction to any number of our friends and family.

I had extensive termite damaged/rotted fascia board. Sean and his crew went above and beyond my expectations in their completion of this work. They replaced 2X8 fascia in several areas of my home. There was a 6 X 14 inch X 5 foot long corbel to be replaced this had to be custom milled. They ordered this piece and installed it. A  shelf below my living room window needed one of three corbels and the planter planks replaced due to rot they replace all three corbels and planks basically re constructing the entire shelf with out extra charge. They repaired damaged stucco in areas where the new corbels were placed. They even corrected my sagging side gate that was dragging on the concrete. These folks are very detail orientated and I cannot recommend them enough.

Most of the patio cover was rotted and/or termite infested, but there were some design features that we wanted to retain. Sean spent quite a bit of time inspecting the old structure before providing an estimate that was below what others had said it would cost to replace (and the others said they could save the features). His office was extremely helpful in rushing the paperwork we needed to get HOA approval. His crew was very polite and organized and they ended up replacing almost all of the structure, but they did it ahead of schedule and stuck to the estimate.

Very poorly.

I liked them.  They were really good.  The person who came for the measurements was really professional and really nice; I don’t know if he was the manager or the owner.  It was a two people crew and they came here on time, every day.  They cleaned up after themselves, every day after the job.  They did a very neat job.  The inside of one of my fascia boards was really damaged and they just covered it, they put in plywood and covered it without any extra charge.  The price was good.  It was not cheap but it was not expensive either because in the end it was worth it.  I compared and they were about the same as the others.  I recommended them already to my neighbors and they are doing some work for them already.

They provided great service. He was very responsive to questions and calls. He was very easy to work with.

It went excellently overall. Peartree sent Jaime, who was here for 3 days and worked very hard to do an excellent job. He did a walk though with me prior to starting the job and communicated with me throughout. He made sure to prime every piece of wood on both sides before he installed it (some will only prime once they install the wood, leaving a "back door" for termites to get in!).
Jaime cleaned up his work nightly and left our house clean when he was done. We have had neighbors who have come over to comment on the woodwork. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.

The workers were polite and non intrusive. They kept in contact with the contractor by their own cell phone. The contractor visited the work during the 3 times. I chose this company because they included an item description of the work done, rather then general statement of intent which could be subjunct to interpretation.
