Thank you to Harry & Jimmy for a great job installing my new double oven!  They were able to also remove and dispose of my old oven which was a great help to me.  After the removal of the old oven, it was discovered that the opening was 1/4" too small for the new oven.  No problem!  They came prepared with the necessary equipment to make the slight adjustment to the cabinets to make the new oven fit perfectly.  Both were both very respectful in protecting the adjacent surfaces and final clean-up.  Very smart safety procedure to temporarily put a small lock on our electrical panel to ensure the breaker would remain off while they completed their connection.  Thank you also to Barbara in the office for her help in scheduling everything quickly and efficiently.  I definitely recommend PDQ!

Poorly run, poorly managed, totally unprofessional

First of all, we had a very complicated "CUSTOM" installation.  John did a fabulous and meticulous job installing our Vent-a-hood inside of an expensive cast stone range hood, so naturally we were very concerned that the cast hood did not get damaged in the process and that everything would come together.  It even involved cutting away some of the stone to make the blower fit inside perfectly.  He was very patient and did not charge us more even though it was much more complicated & time consuming than expected.  Other installers quoted us $750-$1000  We are very pleased with the outcome after all the research that went into this.  The result is absolutely beautiful.

My service from this company was superb from the initial phone call to completion of the job!!!  I purchased my appliances  from one of the large hardware super stores but their delivery and installation department was booked up and couldn't get to me for at least 8 days.  I needed my appliances ASAP so I called PDQ Appliance.  They were able to get me scheduled the very next day and  for less money!!!
My installers arrived on time and were extremely efficient workers. It was obvious that they were experienced and conscientious installers because they brought in the quilts and covered my hardwood floors and counter tops immediately.  The openings for both my double oven and my microwave were not large enough and they discussed with me the options of how the cuts could be made.  As the installation progressed they discovered that my cabinets had questionable support to hold my new appliances.  They could leave it as is, or put a support board across the inside of my cabinet.    No pressure at all!  I did go ahead and have them add the extra cabinet support and a new vent for microwave.  My installation was still cheaper than what was quoted to me by the super store!!!
My kitchen was left cleaner than when they started!  I would HIGHLY recommend PDQ Appliances!!!!!

I received a quote from PDQ  by email  after supplying them with Manufacter product numbers  and it was several hundred $ less than Lowes quote.  scheduled date  and then had to reschedule  after products did not arrive on time.
Barbara at office  was very  efficient, and accomadated me with changes  
John and Joe arrive v  within the time slot they had provided.  and worked thru the evening and late until midnite to complete the job.  I couldn't believe that stayed to finish .  There were special circumstances on double oven, and cooktop  and required some special  cuts on corian,  and special woodwork /cabinet modifications  for oven    John was very professional, and took time to show me exactly what / how it was to be done.  he offered solutions and choices..match the wood stain and finished  it very nicely.
    The cooktop was an 1/8" approx off on size of existing hole,  and he has provided me  a solution of a metal "sleeve "that can be made to cover the barely visible gap..  he will come back and  add that , and the fillers for the sides of the microwave   that I probably should have ordered prior..
By the end of the nite..  they had completed  all of it..  and then took the time to show me how everything works.
I recommend them PDQ  and John and Joe  very highly!!

Bought a new GE over the range microwave (Model# JVM6175DF1WW) and had it installed by PDQ Appliances (714-882-9044). Their price quote was in line with others and they were also OK with installing the unit against a granite backsplash.  Many other installers would not work with granite. We first had PDQ come out to do a preinstall measurement. We thought this important as the top mounting screw holes differ greatly depending on model. Depending on the depth of your top cabinet the unit you select may or may not fit. PDQ?s installer (John) arrived on time for the preinstall visit and was prepared with all of our selected units dimensions and requirements. He verified that the unit was installable in our available space. After the unit was delivered the installers John and Steven came out and in a short amount of time had the unit installed and working. They were professional, thorough, and quick and cleaned up after the job was finished and explained the features of the unit. They took the old unit away. I was very happy with the entire process and the value received for what was charged. I certainly would use them again.

These fellas are professionals.  They re-installed our new dishwasher, which was not installed properly when it was first put in by another contractor.  They then removed our old double wall oven and installed a new one.  This required a bit of custom cabinet work as the old oven was taller and less wide than the new oven.  It also required a bit of rewiring.  The new install looks great!  Also installed was a small wine refrigerator we found as a replacement for what used to be an old trash compactor.  Fits great and the installers got this in and shimmed up to be secure and it too looks great.  The office staff was prompt to schedule me an install time and the technicians showed up as scheduled.  This was a pretty big job that took several hours, but they managed to get all the work completed on a single visit.   I highly recommend them!
