Sam and his Pacific Pavers team did a fantastic job renovating our backyard. The pavers look outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with our outcome. The quality of work was outstanding which included the demoing, drains and laying of the pavers, and a quality of clean-up, out an exclamation mark on the total project. I highly recommend PP for your complete paver installation package. We solicited other companies for our needed detailed work, and the honest and approach from Sam really stood out for us. When my wife and I were thinking about having pavers installed the first thing we did was look at reviews. We did our homework and had quite a few paver companies come out and give us a quote. By far within a 50 mile radius of my home Pacific Pavers earned my business through professionalism, price and the simple fact that when they came out they took the time to listen to what we wanted. Most companies came out and you can tell all they were concerned about was making money. We couldn't be happier!! It was the best renovation experience we have ever had. Sam showed up on time for initial appt. He gave us several paver books to look through - and the names of companies where we could go to look at pavers. We had drawn our own design but he made great recommendations. He was never "hard-selling." He brought out samples of 3 colors of the pavers we chose. The work crew was great! They were courteous and respectful and amazing craftsmen. They arrived and left at the same time every day and cleaned up beautifully. The guy that took out our soft scape even came on Sunday so the project could get started on time. We had plenty of time to make small changes and those requests were always accommodated. We only had 1 unexpected charge and that was for an extra dumpster for the sidewalk concrete which ended up being 12 inches deep and there was no way Pacific Pavers could have known that until they started breaking it up - so we had no problem paying the extra fee (it was nominal). Our patio is beautiful!! I would absolutely recommend Pacific Pavers - they were great!! By the way - they did our neighbors patio and that looks great too.

Very pleased with the overall experience with Pacific Pavers. Sam conducted a professional, knowledgeable and personable estimate appointment and did well to help hone us in to our design ideas and budget expectations. The crew came in and completed demo, prep and build of our residential backyard project efficiently with no concerns. The end product, approximately 1100 sf of patio and walkway, looked wonderful in both design and quality of work. It was very easy to stay in contact with Sam throughout the project.

Very impressed with the turn around time on proposals and updates to HOA related documents. The crew kept their schedule and left the site clean at the end of each day. For this project, we reviewed quotes from 5 different quality paving companies. All (except 1) came in around the same price. We went with Pacific Pavers because of (1) Sam's professionalism and "non-selling" approach v.s. the other guy's "time-share" like presentation. (2) Sam was able to fit us in the schedule since we had an urgent deadline (3) Sam's flexibility with project scope (4) Very quick response. Results: Sam dropped off several samples prior to the job, changing out color and design per our interest. He did several inspection along the way to ensure things didn't get off track and aligned with what we wanted. All 3 of his guys worked hard. It was amazing to watch the work ethics. Kids today should see how it is like to earn money like this. Final check after the completion and final walkthrough. At no point did Sam rush us in getting the payments. As a bonus, Sam referred is to a qualify tree service and irrigation company. They also did a great job with our tree removal and sprinklers.

Pacific Pavers was responsive and was able to handle changes we made while doing the project. We are very happy with the way everything turned out!

I highly recommend Pacific Pavers. We went out and got multiple estimates all of which were within about $50 of each other. Based on a friend’s advice, we were planning to go with someone other than Pacific Pavers but they never responded to our email choosing them while Sam from Pacific Pavers followed up on his estimate and offered us a neighbor close by for reference. We saw and spoke with this reference and were impressed. So, we ended up choosing Sam and Pacific Pavers. And we weren’t disappointed. We selected about six different pavers and asked that they be delivered so that we could decide which one we wanted. Those pavers were delivered and displayed at the time stated. Once we selected our pavers, we also changed the scope of the job. I had measured the additional are and estimated the cost based on their submitted estimate. Sam’s final measurement and estimate matched exactly what I had. The work was done in a professional manner; the work crew cleaned up and straightened every day; Sam visited the site at least once a day and was available by phone. The final product has exceeded our expectations. We really can’t add much more other than to say we would use them again and would pass their information on to others we know.

The whole process with Pacific Pavers was pretty easy and straight forward... We selected the Style of Paver...Within, 48 hours they had the pavers in 4 different colors delivered. They even added 2 different style of sealers to the pavers to see the diffference. From there, Sam coordinated his crew to start the job. Everybody at Pacific Pavers are Professional and humble . Crew came in and demo'd my concrete walkway. From there they leveled and graded the project area. Once that was done, they started to install the pavers. The 3 man crew was great! They finished up and cleaned my new pavers.... Great company, highly recommended! Will use again to pave my driveway! .

We interviewed 3 companies and are very glad we went with Pacific Pavers. Jeff is straight forward and clear- explains the work they will do well. He responds to email and phone calls same day, and was on site whenever we asked about something. We had an intricate design- with a circle pattern in the center, with border, followed by a tumbled field, also with border, and other materials for the steps and paths. Our materials had differing thicknesses too adding to complexity. Jeff and Sam and their crew, managed by Teo, did excellent work.

My wife and I had a great experience with Jeff and Sam from Pacific Pavers. We had a tight construction timeline, which they were able to accommodate with no issues. Despite the rushed timeline, the crew from Pacific Pavers was able to complete the project with awesome results. We came into the project with a design framework already completed. Jeff and Sam worked with our plan and recommended products that would work well with the style and look we were going for. The construction crew did a great job on site and respected our home by keeping things tidy throughout construction. Fantastic experience! I met with 5 companies before choosing Pacific Pavers to pave our driveway and front walk. I was very gun shy because we had just finished a nightmare 3-bathroom remodel. I did not want another experience like that! I am so glad we chose Pacific Pavers. They arrived on time and prepared for our initial meeting. They gave me their bid immediately, with all the pertinent details and no hidden costs. I felt they were honest in their opinions of what would work and look best for our house - they didn't try to upsell me just to make more money. Their team arrived on time, was polite and professional, and they finished the job 1/2 day sooner than we expected. And, they cleaned up! Their crew even cleaned the street where the construction had made some mess. We plan to do more work in our backyard and I will definitely hire Pacific Pavers for that work. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We invited several paver companies to quote our newly designed backyard patio. As soon as we met Jeff and Sam we knew which company we wanted to choose, even before receiving any quotes.

They were attentive to the scope of work at hand, they were personable, and they were appreciative of the other work and design ideas that we had started previously. Based on our conversations, and the information that Jeff provided, we had total confidence that the job would be done correctly, without any issues.

Pacific Pavers gave us a fair quote (not the lowest), with everything detailed and clear. They brought over several sets of samples. The job was estimated to take 3 days. They started on schedule, and finished 3 days later, on schedule. The construction crew worked hard, and did a great job! The area was cleaned up before they left, and the patio looks fantastic.

Communication with Jeff was great. He would respond to e-mails at night, and texts or phone calls at most times. When I went perfectionist on him during our final inspection, he was quick to remedy a few pavers that were slightly out of line, or had an extra little gap. Thanks Jeff! 

One addition we had done was adding a sealer to the pavers. We went with the ?enhanced? sealer (BP Pro) that brings out the color of the paver, and stabilizes and protects the sanded joints. We would highly recommend this added step ? your pavers will look great, and you will have significantly less residual sand floating around on the paver surface.

Overall, Pacific Pavers did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Pacific Pavers.  Jeff and his team went above and beyond providing excellent service.  I was concerned about the length of time to finish the project but the project was completed ahead of schedule.  And it turned out even better than I imagined.  I highly recommend Pacific Pavers they are very knowledgable and so easy to work with.  Excellent value for you money on top of everything else.

I would recommend pacific pavers. From date of first visit to the last hour of cleaning the dirt and hosing down gravels on my drive way, Jeff and his team had been super polite, professional, and most importantly, the job was done flawlessly in a shorter time than planned. I saw Jeff and Sam scoop the last bit of sand with their hands into their pickup trunk and that showed me how much they care about perfecting a job, though not a big one. Jeff also helped me with the design of a curved low wall around some small trees in my backyard which turned out to be a nice touch of the backyard and made the whole look much more finished than just paving works. Honest, professional and hard working young men like Jeff and Sam sure deserve this and more businesses and recognition, so that they can bring more satisfaction and happy time out there for their customers and themselves.

For my backyard it was 13,000 and for my paver driveway it was an additional 10,000. They are very professional. Their work is excellent. No one has matched their expertise. They just happen to be quite a bit pricier pricier than others but they are better.
