My wife and I wanted pavers for our patio now that we were able to get a new patio cover and pergola. After getting some quotes from several companies, we felt we’d get a good result for a reasonable price. We ended up getting a great patio floor, installed quickly and are very satisfied with the company and crew. Fantastic experience! I met with 5 companies before choosing Pacific Pavers to pave our driveway and front walk. I was very gun shy because we had just finished a nightmare 3-bathroom remodel. I did not want another experience like that! I am so glad we chose Pacific Pavers. They arrived on time and prepared for our initial meeting. They gave me their bid immediately, with all the pertinent details and no hidden costs. I felt they were honest in their opinions of what would work and look best for our house - they didn't try to upsell me just to make more money. Their team arrived on time, was polite and professional, and they finished the job 1/2 day sooner than we expected. And, they cleaned up! Their crew even cleaned the street where the construction had made some mess. We plan to do more work in our backyard and I will definitely hire Pacific Pavers for that work. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We invited several paver companies to quote our newly designed backyard patio. As soon as we met Jeff and Sam we knew which company we wanted to choose, even before receiving any quotes. They were attentive to the scope of work at hand, they were personable, and they were appreciative of the other work and design ideas that we had started previously. Based on our conversations, and the information that Jeff provided, we had total confidence that the job would be done correctly, without any issues. Pacific Pavers gave us a fair quote (not the lowest), with everything detailed and clear. They brought over several sets of samples. The job was estimated to take 3 days. They started on schedule, and finished 3 days later, on schedule. The construction crew worked hard, and did a great job! The area was cleaned up before they left, and the patio looks fantastic. Communication with Jeff was great. He would respond to e-mails at night, and texts or phone calls at most times. When I went perfectionist on him during our final inspection, he was quick to remedy a few pavers that were slightly out of line, or had an extra little gap. Thanks Jeff! One addition we had done was adding a sealer to the pavers. We went with the “enhanced” sealer (BP Pro) that brings out the color of the paver, and stabilizes and protects the sanded joints. We would highly recommend this added step – your pavers will look great, and you will have significantly less residual sand floating around on the paver surface. Overall, Pacific Pavers did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We moved into our new home a few months ago and decided that our backyard needed a total renovation. I am so glad that we went with Pacific Pavers. They did a beautiful job with our paver stone layout. We went with the Angelus courtyard stone, about 780 square feet of brown, terracotta, and cream-colored stones. We were lucky that Jeff was assigned as our consultant. He was very detailed in describing the process and always kept us informed. We had many questions regarding the layout, different stone options, lighting options, and drainage systems. He was always a phone call away and despite our million questions he was always patient in answering them. I highly recommend Pacific Pavers.

Pacific Pavers is an outstanding company to work with; and the job they completed turned out phenomenal! We were truly blown away by their dedication to create the atmosphere we were looking for, as well as working to improve our draining concerns. Before working with Pacific Pavers, we had a great concern due to our town-home foundation being lower than our community sidewalk. With El Nino coming, our greatest fear was flooding in our home. Our previous landscaping had no drain access or preventative measures to ensure our home would not flood. Our overseer at Pacific Pavers was Jeff; he is a terrific guy whose knowledge and ideas for preventative damage put our concerns to rest. Jeff has a great understanding of his line of work, and we felt incredibly lucky to have him listen to our concerns and create an action plan to procure a beautiful patio, that would ensure our homes safety. The job was a speedy process, starting with a walk over evaluation of our property and action plan based on our wishes. Originally, we had 4 companies come out to view our options; but we knew after meeting and communicating with Jeff that we would be choosing Pacific Pavers. His upbeat attitude, understanding, and feedback proved to be the right fit for the job we had ahead. He provided us with a few paver booklets to browse that day, and has been sincerely working with us the whole way through. Kindly replying by phone and email to all of our ideas or concerns. He brought several types of pavers to our home for viewing, as well as applying the sealants. Once my husband and I came to an agreement on pavers, the job was set to be done and was completed within 3 days. We have a neighbor who keeps an eye on our community, and after the job was complete she pulled me aside to express how pleasant and efficient the team of guys from Pacific Pavers was. She was just as impressed with their work as we were, and now has them in mind for a patio project at her town-home. Our home now looks remarkable, with our lovely new patio! We are truly looking forward to spending time in our new renovated space. We cannot thank Jeff and the team at Pacific Pavers enough for all of their hard work and dedication.

I highly recommend Pacific Pavers. Jeff’s team did an outstanding job demoing my front yard and installing driveway pavers, courtyard pavers, landscaping, and irrigation. Jeff was quick to answer questions and take care of the normal issues that arise during constructions. You know you selected the right contractor when your neighbors ask if you would use them again and you can answer YES.

Sincerely, I cannot say enough about Pacific Pavers and Jeff's performance. As a home flipper with over 250 properties sold, we interface with contractors frequently. I will NEVER contact another hardscape specialist again. Jeff's crew was professional, conscientious of neighbors and always showed up on time. While these mentions would seem expected, it is certainly not the norm. Again, we were just blown away by the execution and results. Jeff drove across the county each day to ensure each daily milestone was accomplished. If your experience with Pacific Pavers was or turned any different, frankly, I would not believe you. Jeff would not let that happen. Period. He is just one of those guys you enjoy referring to your friends and family. I am certainly going to re-contract with Pacific Pavers in the immediate future.

Called a few places to compare prices. Pacific Pavers had a reasonable estimate. Project was for the garage driveway. Jeff came by and explained everything I needed. He provided great advice and recommendations. Project took about 3 days to complete. The crew was very experienced. This is very important. Experience of the crew is significant. It is best you be at home during the project. The crew consulted me on a couple of issues during the project. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result. I plan to use Pacific Pavers for my future home improvements.
