They wanted to have someone come by "Since they were in the area" and give me an estimate on Solar work. Their real number 888-347-7247 did not come up on my Caller ID. 714-784-0847 did. Not only did the telemarketer not know or care about their spoof or phony number she didn't even know if they were on Angie's List. Enough said!

This is a winner. From the very first contact to the finish, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The HOA where we live is very difficult to deal with when introducing a new vendor to the neighborhood. Our project manager dealt with the HOA, presentation materials and all questions. Our project manager went to city hall and applied for and got the permit. Everything above board. The installation was done by two very knowledgeable men, working together as a team. All done in one day, total of 9 windows and doors. We recommend this company with an A rating all the way.

Sure enough, I received a call from Pacific Coast Home Solutions from their number, (714) 729-1810. They phoned me at home even though my home number is on the "Do not call list". My next step is to report them as a violator.

This company canceled on us 30 minutes before their expected arrival on 5/02/13 and were a no-show for another appointment on 5/04/13. This is especially inconvenient since their policy is that both my wife and I be present. The owner of the company was supposed to perform the estimate on 5/04 so that is disconcerting as well. We got nothing but excuses when we called to complain. Their stance was that they "deal with a high volume". Apparently they don't deal with it very well. I will not be following up with them.

He estimated $27,000 for all the windows in my small condo. They high pressured me and their price was outrageous. They made me think they had the market on the technology. They use high pressure sale tactics saying that you have to do it now or never. I ended up getting another estimate from American Vision Windows to do the work for $9,000.

When Pacific Coast Home Solutions came out it was like this big fall on high pressure sales visit and we decided we were going to replace all the windows in our house and we wrote a cheque for the deposit, and this was all about signing up right now and if you sign up right now then they would give you a certain percent discount and if you do your whole house then you get a further discount and it was this high pressure sales thing in the moment where you have you interested in the product and if you leave, then you can't have this deal. After they left, I was researching prices for windows and their price was 4 times higher than anybody else so we cancelled the order and stopped payment of the check. My opinion about them is that I will never use them again and I will not buy anything from them. The guy was there for two and a half hours and the problem was that we really needed windows so we bought into it. The guy was very sleek and professional but he misrepresented the product and the price of the product. I went online and saw many people complain about being badgered by this company after they cancelled the contract, they said they would get calls day and night about it so I was glad that I didn't get all those calls.

I didn't use the company's services because we just couldn't afford to do it at the current time. The gentlemen that came to do the presentation were very knowledgeable although a bit long winded. Bottom line I was impressed with the product and if I could have afforded it I would have used them.

They were punctual and personable and spent 1 1/2 hours telling us about their company and product.

Company was responsive to any concerns. Resolved issues to my financial satisfaction.

They are extremely fast and extremely neat. The house looked better and more swept up where they were working than before they came in the door. We have a 2 story home, they only did the downstairs, we are going to save up, and probably call them back to do the upstairs.

They seemed to be really fair on their pricing compared to others I checked with. They arrived on time for the estimate. They seemed to be very helpful and informative. They were cordial and easy to work with. I intend to use them as soon as my finances are in order.

It went well after the second day. They were late the first day, but worked hard during day 2 and 3 to make up for lost time.

I should never have contracted before I got three estimates. I might have gone with them but I had to decide NOW to get the "good price." I should have said no thanks; I'm waiting to decide.

They installed vinyl siding that was supposed to look like stacked rock but it really doesn't. They had to be told to get a permit from the city. They had to be told to call in for the final inspection. They honded us to sign off on the job before it was even complete. The workman ship was horrible as well as clean up. They had to be called out several times to fix obvious mistakes and for clean up of the work site which wasn't even that good. They destroyed the landscaping in the front yard.
