This is a winner. From the very first contact to the finish, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The HOA where we live is very difficult to deal with when introducing a new vendor to the neighborhood. Our project manager dealt with the HOA, presentation materials and all questions. Our project manager went to city hall and applied for and got the permit. Everything above board.
The installation was done by two very knowledgeable men, working together as a team. All done in one day, total of 9 windows and doors. We recommend this company with an A rating all the way.

This company canceled on us 30 minutes before their expected arrival on 5/02/13 and were a no-show for another appointment on 5/04/13. This is especially inconvenient since their policy is that both my wife and I be present. The owner of the company was supposed to perform the estimate on 5/04 so that is disconcerting as well. We got nothing but excuses when we called to complain. Their stance was that they "deal with a high volume". Apparently they don't deal with it very well. I will not be following up with them.

They are extremely fast and extremely neat. The house looked better and more swept up where they were working than before they came in the door. We have a 2 story home, they only did the downstairs, we are going to save up, and probably call them back to do the upstairs.

It went well after the second day. They were late the first day, but worked hard during day 2 and 3 to make up for lost time.

They installed vinyl siding that was supposed to look like stacked rock but it really doesn't. They had to be told to get a permit from the city. They had to be told to call in for the final inspection. They honded us to sign off on the job before it was even complete. The workman ship was horrible as well as clean up. They had to be called out several times to fix obvious mistakes and for clean up of the work site which wasn't even that good. They destroyed the landscaping in the front yard.
