Did a great job at a fair price. Each job took at least half a day and cost was around $800 for both parts and labor.

With them you call them when you want something major like this done. They ask what kind of toilet you want and they will source it for you. They will get the wholesale price and bring it to you to install. The whole thing is seamless. They gave me an approximate date to arrive for the appointment. It only took about a month. They called and showed up. They efficiently replaced all three. I thought it was going to be messy, but they were very clean. They replaced all three within an hour and 30 minutes. They quote you a price for the toilet's and the labor costs. They will tell you how much time they will need and charge you on the time that they are here. I compared their prices to what you get elsewhere, and they were extremely good. I didn't even question their sourcing the toilet's for me. They also will warranty them. If anything goes wrong within the first year, they show up and they fix it. It is really cool. 
It was so clean even when they had to bring two of them upstairs. They were very careful and didn't spill anything. They were very respectful which adds to their good quality.

They basically charge $90 for hour of work. So if they are done early before the hour, they will ask if there is anything else you need done. It is their policy. It only took him 30 minutes for the original call of snaking the shower drain. He then spent the other 30 minutes clearing some of my faucets as well. They give you great value.
They are very efficient. They solve problems very quickly. When it comes to drains, they know immediately what to do. From the time you call the office, they always have a certain urgency of helping you.

We have used them many times over 10 years. The good thing is when you have emergency type thing, they come out that day. Some things you can tell them over the phone, and they will quote you a price. They will give you recommendations depending on what you have. They will suggest to you different options. They will give you a lesson on disposals, and give you an option depending on what you want to pay. 

They quoted me a price over the phone and came out that day. There was a problem because the guy that came out had a disposal unit in his truck that was missing a part. The cool part about them is that he called the office and told them about the unit. They always try to accommodate the customers. Instead of coming back the next day, they called another truck that had a full unit, so that second truck came by four hours later and put in the disposal unit.

They are very efficient. They always know what they are doing. They fix things quite quickly. No problems. You never have any doubts when working with them, and in their confidence or ability to do the job. I recommended them to everybody. They are the best plumber in Orange County. They are responsive to an emergency. They do their best to solve the problem the same day. They never leave the customer hanging. If they do have to leave you hanging, they will give you a call from the office to explain what the strategy is to solve the problem. It is just extraordinary. You never feel like you're in limbo with them because they explain clearly what the steps are going to be. They are very thorough. They are very reasonable and don't believe in selling shotty products. The only bad thing is that they are not open on weekends, but who cares, you just have to leave them a message, and they will call you back first thing on Monday morning.

They were not good at all. They were recommended to me by someone and I'm having a problem now because of them. I think I spent $400. I had them remove my garbage disposal and the faucet was loose. Apparently they were suppose to tighten it. So when I turned on the faucet the whole faucet moved and was shaking and making a funny noise. I didn't have that problem before they removed the garbage disposal. I would not recommend them.

Over the years we have had them out for multiply jobs, they are always honest, pleasant and do no try to up sell you. They are a clean cut company and always a pleasure to have out. They are punctual and if they are delayed they call to let us know, there office staff has considerable knowledge when you call in requesting a service as well.

Owen Plumbing came out initially to insure what was needed to complete the job, explained what was required, gave suggestions and a fair quote for the job. On the day of the job they were on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. There were no issues with the removal of the 14 year old sink and the installation of the new replacement items.
We have used Owen Plumbing for several years now and have always been very happy with their service. When they come out they explain about the source of a problem and the options and risks if any to resolve the issue. They are friendly polite and easy to deal with and I would without hesitation highly recommend them.

They were very good and efficient. They were also friendly and honest. My daughter had used them in the hospital that she runs, so we used them at our home.
