The services and the plan were successful.

They always want to put you on a contract. They’re fine! We eventually get the same issues coming back, but that’s just nature living in LA in the dessert area.

There were no problems and the person arrived on time and did more that what he had agreed to do for no additional charge. Very professional and personable.

They did an alright job.  I had a scheduling conflict with them so I had to stop using them.

I hired them to capture and remove a possum which was visiting the patio and entering the house repeatedly. They brought a cage to trap the animal and placed it several areas. Unfortunately the trap was sprung by the animal the second night but did not close on both sides. After that the possum would not go near the trap. I told them that the cage/trap was not functioning correctly but they continued to use the same one for five days more.  I requested that they at least discount the money they charged me for an unsuccessful effort but they refunsed to do so. I will use a different company when I next need pest control. I spent a lot of money to rid our house of a chronic nuisance and feel they should have adjusted their bill accordingly.

They were prompt and answered my questions.  When I compared with other providers they gave me the most value for my money.  My tenant was really happy with the service. It is hard to tell about their quality right now because I have not checked if the termites are back.

I am on a quarterly plan with them. I spend around $500 a year. They come every three months automatically. They are punctual. Their communication is very good. Their price is reasonable, may be a little expensive. They seem to do a good job. They took care of the problem of ants and I don't have the problem any longer. The staff is professional. They are clean. They come on time. I like their professional operation.

When we moved to this area, we noticed our new home was full of Japanese beetles, box elder bugs, and spiders. The surrounding area is fairly lush and green and partially wooded, so the presence of insects is not unexpected, but it was a nuisance. We initially let it be, but, when we had a houseguest who told us she killed multiple spiders while she was taking a shower in our guest bath, we decided it needed to be addressed. So we decided to enlist pest extermination services to get the problem under control. We initially called another company, a provider we had used in the past in a previous home. They were difficult to reach, and, when we finally did get an appointment scheduled for an estimate, we were quoted $180 per service based on the size of our home plus the type of pests we have. I decided to shop around, and, when I spoke with Orkin, I was told it was a flat service fee based on the type of treatment required. It was half of what I was quoted from the other company, so, though unsure of the quality of the service we would be getting, I signed up. The exterminator who came to our home to provide the service was professional, knowledgable, and punctual. He even brought booties to wear on his shoes and put them on without being asked, as a courtesy to protect our carpets and floors, which I really appreciated it. Within a week, I did not see any more insects in our home. We continue to have periodic service per their routine service schedule. It is so much more economical than the service we had from our previous provider, and it is obviously very effective. Our exterminator is always punctual. I am really pleased with the service and the results, and I will continue to use Orkin for our pest control needs.

They went above and beyond for me. They were exceptionally polite. They have come out many times. The supervisor has also come out and made sure that his crew did an excellent job.

I have a contract with them and it probably costs me less than what many other people spend because I don?t have them spray outside for pests as I don?t want to get the chemicals around. I?m not really happy that I have to do this every year but that is just the nature of the business. I?m a little frustrated because we just can?t determine where the problem is coming from and I wish we had a permanent solution to this problem. They are very nice, personable and clean.

We have used them before and they are good. They come out once in two months for pest control. It's been fine and we don't have any problems with them. They keep the bugs down. They come out and do the service if we find any bugs at home but don't charge us for it which is good. We had the house tinted for the termites during the beginning of summer. They come out for annual termite inspection. If we see any termite they come out for no charge. We use them for everything else except for termite regularly.

They bought a company that did heat treatment for termite control. They proceeded to do that for my condo. They did not realize that they should turn off what they had turned on. I had water turned off for a leak. They turned in on and did not turn it off and flooded my apartment and my neighbor's garage. The guy managing the team had no experience. I had to take them to small claims court and we ended up settling out of court right before the court date. I also signed up fro a two year follow up with them.

VERY GOOD, PROMPT, GOOD COMMUNICATING. THEY ASK WHEN THEY CAN COME OUT INSTEAD OF TELL US WHEN.

These guys are very reliable and have always come in on time. One thing I like about them is that before they actually do anything they took their time to examine the areas very close so that they can do the job correctly. I guess the money we pay is well worth the service they provide even though it may sound a little steep.

Richard was about 30 minutes late. He was very pleasant and clean. He explained what he was going to do before he started. He spent a long time in the garage where I knew I had some damage - I could see the droppings on the floor. I had moved a lot of (not all) things away from the walls so he would have access. He cleaned up the garage when he was done and did a pretty good job cleaning inside the house. Apparently he wouldn't move any of the empty boxes in the garage because a few days later I received a report showing all the places in the garage that were unaccessible to him, which means that the problem may not be solved. I would have preferred that he call me out to move some more boxes if he didn't want to do it. I have no way of knowing if the treatment took care of everything, I just need to watch from more droppings. But the experience was quite professional. I will use their yearly maintenance, primarily because of the spots that were not done.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM FOR ME. I HAD NO SIGNS OF ANTS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF INSECT. THE TECH WHO CAME OUT WAS PUNCTUAL. HE CAME ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME, AND THAT'S GOOD. BECAUSE A LOT OF TIME WHEN YOU CALL OUT COMPANIES FOR SERVICE, THEY ARE MOST OF THE TIME LATE. THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB, THEIR WORK IS EVEN GUARANTEED FOR 60 DAYS. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THAT I HAD TO BE OUT OF MY HOME FOR 3 HOURS.

SO FAR IT'S BEEN REALLY GOOD. IT'S A CONTRACT FOR SERVICE, FOR SO MANY TIMES A YEAR. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD PRICE, AND A REALLY GOOD DEAL. THE GUYS THAT COME OUT ARE VERY HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY'VE BEEN GREAT. THE GENTLEMAN THAT WORKS ON OUR CASE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE IS VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR THINGS. IF HE MOVES SOMETHING HE ALWAYS PUTS THEM BACK. HE IS WILLING TO COME OUT IN BETWEEN VISITS. HE'S VERY FRIENDLY, AND RESPONSIVE. HE'S CAREFUL WITH OUR PET.

IT'S FINE, BETTER THAN FINE. I HAD ANOTHER EXTERMINATING SERVICE IN OUR PREVIOUS HOME. I TERMINATED IT FOR THEM NOT COMING OUT. BY COMPARISON, I HAVE A WONDERFUL SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE. I DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH BUGS, I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT I DON'T HAVE AN ISSUE, THAT'S WHY I HAVE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE SERVICE FOR ABOUT A YEAR. THEY ARE COMPARABLE IN PRICE. VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND PUNCTUAL. THE COMPANY GIVES LITERATURE AND WARNS OF SIDE EFFECTS ON THE CHEMICALS THEY ARE USING.

THEY ARE GREAT. I AM TOTALLY CONTENT. SINCE WE HIRED THEM, WE HAVEN'T HAD AN ANT ISSUE EITHER IN THE HOUSE, OR NEAR THE HOUSE. THEY TAKE CARE OF OUR WASP'S NESTS, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD TO WORRY ABOUT THAT SINCE WE'VE HIRED THEM.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, AND VERY COMPETENT. IF I GET ANY ANTS, OR BUGS IN BETWEEN TIMES, I CALL THEM OUT, AND THEY ARE HERE WITHIN A DAY. WE HAVE THE SERVICE DONE ONCE A MONTH.

THEY CAME OUT WHEN I HAD MICE, AND THEY GOT RID OF THEM THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET RID OF THEM . THEY HAD TO COME OUT THREE TIMES, AND THEY DON'T CHARGE EXTRA. THEY WILL ASK IF YOU SEE ANY ACTIVITY INSIDE. THEY STOP THEM FROM COMING INSIDE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD TO DO, AND LEFT. THEY PLAN TO COME BACK BETWEEN SIX MONTHS, AND A YEAR TO LIVE UP TO THE CONTRACT THAT WAS DRAWN OUT. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY.
