1) March 2008 I contacted Orange Coast to repair a major leak that three other roofing companies attempts to fix it failed. It was raining and they came out the same day and inspected my attic with a special device to locate the moisture/leak. After signing the contract, they came out within a few days. The worker completely disassembled and reinstalled the tiles around the attic vent where he had located the leak. Finally after 4 years, this leak was fixed. The cost for this was about $2,400.00 and it was well worth it.
2) In November, 2009, a huge limb fell on my roof and did significant damage. Orange Coast came out the very next day after the limb was removed and did the repair. The cost for this was about $1,200.00.
Even though I live in Pasadena and this company's main office is located in Anaheim, the distance is not a problem., When they make an appointment, they follow through. They specialize in 24/7 emergency services and are a general contractor that provides many other services. What I especially like is that they have a very experienced crew, are efficient, thorough and do what they say they will do.
Most importantly, they are ethical in every way which is especially important when women are doing their own contracting. As an example, I offered to make a partial payment on a job that was not quite finished but the manager advised against it. I highly recommend this company.
