We love our new fireplace and shelving unit!  It brought the house into the current century!  Greg and his team were professional and on-time and their work was of the utmost quality.  In addition, we had to make last-minute changes to plans and Greg was very flexible, which enabled us to get the results we wanted!  They communicated great along the way so that we knew what was going on!  We would highly recommend this company for your new fireplace needs!

The owner was the nicest contractor I've ever dealt with. He came out and gave me a quote that was almost half of what I'd already been quoted and also gave me exactly what I asked for without trying to convince me to install something I didn't want like others did. The two man crew showed up about 30 minutes late for the job every day but their attitude and professionalism made them worth the wait. Jose was the lead and he showed amazing patience with all of my questions and concerns throughout the project. I only have one fireplace but found out this company also offers other custom work which is great since I have many other projects I plan to use them for.

Every thing went well only had one small hiccup.  The clip that they installed to keep the chimney damper open fell off.  I suspect the installer failed to tighten the screw on the clip.  Didn't feel it was worth a service call and my son-in-law attached the clip for me.  I'm sure they would have come back if I asked.  I installer was very quick and clean and the fireplace works great and was great to have on those recent rainy damp evenings.

Oak-land showed up on time, did excellent work for a fair price, and left the place immaculate before leaving. They finished on time and we are very pleased with the work.

I was looking for someone to get the rock off my fireplace, its disgusting. I found Oak-Land with Google. Called them and requested an estimate. The next day, the owner, Greg, came to my house to give me an estimate on my fireplace. He was right on time for the appointment, and very pleasant. He asked me what I wanted my fireplace to look like, I told him anything better than what it looks like now. He gave me a few suggestions and was very knowledgeable about building codes and what looks good.
Later that day the office girl called me and gave me a price, suggested where to look for selection of facing materials (travertine or granite, etc.) After I selected the tiles, I went into their showroom to decide on details for mantel. The work was done within 2 weeks of my original call. The crews that came to the house were polite, clean, very respectful. They used plastic to keep the dust down, vacuumed up, cleaned up.....I still can't believe how clean they were. The end result is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely not hesitate to call Oak-Land for ANY type of construction.....knowing that

He was the only one that figured out a solution for my problem. My husband is disabled so we needed to have a tub and a shower. He needed to be able to get into the tub easily. The contractor put a marble rail and curtain on the tub. It looks amazing, like a spa.

HAD A FIREPLACE INSTALLED IN BACKYARD NEAR THE POOL. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE SO WHEN WE GOT OUT OF THE POOL AT NIGHT WE COULD SIT BY THE FIREPLACE, AND GET WARM. WELL THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB, AND I AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW THEY SET UP, AND DREW OUT EVERYTHING. JOB WELL DONE!!
