Obviously I keep returning for one reason only. They have very good prices, and do very good work.
They were prompt when they were scheduled to start work, removed the old carpet, and then installed the new carpet. The living room/dining room is one large room and there must be several seams to to get it completely covered. There work is so professional that you can't see the seams, which were also done as much as possible on the sides. When they did the measurements, they took time to fit the carpet with maximum coverage and minimal waste, reducing the cost further. When they were done, there was so little waste that I wasn't work saving for anything other than a small piece in the event there is a need to repair the carpet in the future.
I would recommend them unequivocally and will use them in the future.
They also have some other tile and simulation wood material. I purchased some of that for my former house as well as carpeting, and again the prices were quite good and work installing it was very professional.

The carpet quality was as we expected it to be, since you see/choose the actual roll in their warehouse/building. We did quite a bit of shopping, and their pricing was extremely competitive.
The installation was a mostly positive experience. The installers were patient with my requests to run some wires (speakers, etc.) under the carpet, and took some time to help me identify squeaks in the floor. Understandably, they would not fix them for me, but did allow me to hunt for them and fix them myself while they worked. I prepped for their arrival by moving electronics/fragile items out of the way myself, and the installers were careful with the items they had to move.
Only two minor complaints:
1) The installers seemed a bit rushed - I would've liked to have had a little more *quiet* time after the carpet was removed to find all of the squeaks. It's hard to hear them while staples are being scraped :) I still have a few nagging squeaks I would've liked to have fixed while the subfloor was exposed.
2) Speaking of staples, I've found at least 2-3 stray carpet-padding staples around the house over the past couple of weeks. I'm not sure how, but they need to be a bit more careful with staples, especially for customers with small children and pets.
Overall, a very positive experience -- I'm glad that I chose them, and have recommended them to relatives/friends who are also happy with their experience.
