I had a very bad experience with the company that sold me my television, and they put me on to Network Video. Network Video first said that my television needed a new bulb. So I called, and all of a sudden the television stopped working completely because of a problem with its power supply. So they installed a new power supply. However, they didn't have approval to put a new bulb in. So, they had to bring back the TV with a new power supply and the old bulb. The bulb failed within 20 minutes. I called them up, and to give them credit, they came up the next day and gave me a temporary bulb. Even though I don't have a warranty with them, I will continue to use them.

TV REPAIRMAN WAS CALLED AND THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY. REPAIR WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT REPAIRMAN WAS SOMEWHAT 'SHORT' WITH ME. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS TO MY SATISFACTION.
