The inspector, Mark, arrived on time with his $20,000 testing gun. He spent about 2 hours and quot;shootingand quot; each room's walls, ceilings and woodwork. Checked painted kitchen cabinets. Took readings outside on the house and garage. Found plenty of evidence of lead-based paint, but surprisingly turned up large areas with little or no lead.
The company quickly provided us with a very complete report, including floor plans and specific readings for each location.
The EPA-certified painter we selected has based his work on the lead levels present.
Good, quick job, excellent report. Highly recommended.
