Work did not start on the day specified, but the contractor team most of whom did not speak English showed up the next day in the morning to remove the old plaster and tile. In the afternoon, the tile installation team showed up without prior notice. Too much debris from the plaster demolition was left at the work site. Then work stopped for one week. Finally after repeated phone calls an individual showed up to install the new pump and filter. They brought a DE filter instead of a cartridge filter and probably would have installed it if I hadn't pointed out the need for a cartridge filter. The installer returned the next day with the correct filter. The plaster team also showed up that day and completed the plaster work. I insisted on receiving an unconditional lien release on final payment, but had to call repeatedly. Also part of the skimmer was plastered over. I requested the mistake be corrected, but they have yet to respond.

The quality of the work was very good, but their adherence to the promised schedule for completion of the work was poor. They did not return calls to provide promised updates on schedule. I had to spend a lot of my time calling them to find out when they would be coming out to do the various stages of the work and had to make a pest of myself to the company owner in order to get them to complete the work on the schedule noted on the Contract. I would recommend them, or use them myself, only if completion schedule was not an issue to the customer.
