Mighty Bug Exterminators

Bob was on time, ready to go. I only had to be out of the house for a few hours.

We had to board our cat during the tenting.  Having to move out for a tenting is a very inconvenient and expensive process if you do not have any relative that will take you in for a few days.   Bob Whittiker did the inspection.  He had a company called Statewide Fumigation do the actual tenting & fumigation with Vikane.  That company at the time was in San Diego County  but was told they had a local office for the crew.  The work is guaranteed for three years.  Other reviewers are correct in regard to having to get someone else to do the wood repair, which was a separate expense.   So it was kind of piece meal compared to companies that do everything themselves.   I went with the contractor that Mr. Whittiker recommended.  The fumigation company forgot that they were supposed to tent the gazebo also and had to come back later in the day to do that.  They could not secure the side gate completely which was nerve wracking owing to the pool in back but they tried to prevent anyone from pushing it open.  However, I, myself could and did push it open to check that they had come back to tent the gazebo.   The wood repair was fine except at one point  when I was talking to a worker, we discovered a beam under the eaves that had not been tagged for replacement and it had termite damage so they replaced it.  Which just proves there is no substitute for being involved somewhat in the process.  
I would further like to state that Mr. Whittiker is a pleasant, honest  man and has done other termite work for me.  On one occasion, he treated an area of the house for subterranean  termites and another time did a local treatment for dry wood termites in a bathroom.  Both of those treatments solved the problem.

Good price. Very friendly. Gave great advice. Worked very quickly. Also, re the white fly- advised that his treatment would help but not resolve and gave pointers on how to treat at home.

He was professional, helpful, full of information, and was very eager to help me in any way that he could. He also inspected my house and provided a list of things I could do to prevent future issues with pest problems. 

Mighty Bug, and it's owner Bob, have been in the exterminating business for last 30-40 years. He's very honest with his opinions, and has a low overhead which amounts to lower pricing.
Mighty Bug only does the
tenting and extermination.  They will come out and do a through report
on wood damage, but they won't fix the wood damage, they have a
contractor that they will refer you to.  My suggestion: take their
report and use a contractor you trust.  I found his contractor was
expensive.

They always call me that it is time for my service which I like because I could forget.  I haven’t had one ant in my house since they started the service.  They are very thorough.

They were very good.  They are respectful.  They always do a thorough job.  They are honest and professional.  When they come you can see how thorough they are.   Rob is our exterminator and Bob is for our termites.

My overall experiance was excellent. I told my neighbors about my experience with this company and even brought up the fact that he was much more professional doing the inspection then the condominiums current exterminator.  I'm going to bring up this company's name when the contract is up for renewal at our board meeting.
