Service is outstanding
-When my wife and I got there we were able to walk around yard, looking at stock without any selling pressure. Dale maintains a small staff so may need be patient when ready for service. When we where ready he walked us through the yard and showed us a large selection of remnants.
-We searched a lot of places and this was the only place we could find remnants.
-Dale provided a reference to cut and install the granite remnant and an estimated cost for the installation. When I told Dale about the additional $50 charge for shimming, Dale said that I shouldn't have been charged and felt bad because he provided the reference and cost for installation, so Dale reimbursed me the $50.
-Dale mentioned that he receives no financial benefit from the installers but provides them as a convenience if the customer needs the service.
-Dale's integrity and pride of service is one of those rare traits that's rarely seen.
-Highly recommend the Marble Yard.

We found Best Way Marble & Tile on Angie's List, and this alone made the subscription worth it! We had been searching for countertops for months, and either got unbelievably expensive quotes, or the run-around from the big-box stores. We had also had a very bad experience remodeling our bathroom, that we were hesitant with the rest of our remodel.
Eddie was very helpful, always returned my calls, had great suggestions, and was patient with my indecisiveness. He really worked with us to find the best option at the best price.
His son and another man did a great job installing. They did cause a few very small chips in our paint and cabinets during installation, however the spaces were very narrow, so I guess it's understandable.
The only negative thing I can say is that I never got to meet Eddie to thank him for the great work.
After that painful experience, we went home and researched granite yards reviews on Yelp. Thankfully, we came across a review for Marble Yard and Dale Yanda. We set up an appointment with Dale. We found Dale to be very friendly and knowledgeable. He was totally engaged in the selection process. He shared really good ideas and took us in a direction that we would have never considered by ourselves. We were very comfortable working with Dale and very pleased with the granite slab he helped us select.
Dale makes sure that the fabricator you choose makes a wood template of your counter top and brings it to Marble Yard before taking the granite to their shop. Dale has the fabricator place the template on the granite so he can determine how to make the cuts and where the cuts should be placed to look the most attractive on the counter top. He really puts in the extra effort to extract the most aesthetically pleasing outcome for your counter top.
Dale brought back splash samples to our house after the granite had been installed. He didn't charge anything to make the trip. He just enjoys his work. We were able to choose a great back splash. We asked Dale if he knew someone who could install the back splash. Dale has a great assistant named Edgar that works for him. He informed us that Edgar had installed the exact back splash for another customer and that the result was fantastic. We decided to use Edgar and we are very pleased that we did. Edgar did a great job and was extremely reasonably priced. Edgar is a great individual who takes real pride in his work. We developed very comfortable working relationships with Dale and Edgar and had many great conversations with them. We highly recommend both of them.
If you decide to visit Marble Yard, make sure to do it by appointment. Dale is busy and may not have the time to spend with walk-in customers
