Nestor did a great job. He sent pictures before and after. He was very professional, arrived on time, did the job (and more when he saw another problem), and cleaned up the area well. I will definitely be calling him back for a tune up in a year or two.

Magic Roofing crew were professional and on time . Nester provided pictures, via the phone, of issues before and after the repairs were made and the issues had completely been resolved. I call on him again about 7 months to check on the tiles due to the Santa Ana winds. They found tiles that were loose, broken or had fallen off due to the wind, just before the rain started. They went over the whole roof and tightening nails replacing broken or missing tiles. In addition they cleaned out the gutters. I would highly recommend them to resolve any roofing issues you may have. His prices were reasonable .

Nestar was a pleasant man that but was not reliable. I hired him because I had water stains on my cathedral ceilings and wanted to find the source of the leak before the water broke through at the entryway ceiling where the water stains were the worst and the plaster had come loose. He determined that the underlayment of the middle section of my clay tile roof that were directly above the stains needed were the source and should be replaced. I agreed to his estimate of $5,700. He did not come to start the work on the agreed date. He said he had a lot of projects so I was patient. He eventually set a date that he kept to start the work. He sent me pictures of the work as it progressed and looked like he did a nice job. A couple months later the stains were darker but after watering the roof for 30 minutes said he found no leak. In January during a 13 hour downpour water poured from the entryway ceiling filling two big porcelain bowls, I texted him a twice and called twice and sent pictures and videos but couldn't reach Nestar for two days. He finally called to say he was out of town but would call me in two days when he returned. He didn't call. It took him two weeks and then he sent someone out who didn't speak English and did not find the leak. After many promises to come out and weeks later Nestar came out but could not find the leak. He promised to come back in another week but didn't. He had not answered any of my very polite texts. I like Nestar but he didn't fulfill his promise or fix the problem I paid him the $5,700 for. I found another roofer who very quickly said the leak was from the ridge line near the chimney, in the same area the underlayment had been replaced, filled the gaps, which Nestar should have done, and charged me $765. I now have a roof that doesn't leak, but also an entryway ceiling that is ruined and will have to be repaired. It probably didn't even need the underlayment replaced because that wasn't the source of leak

They came to check the roof same day I called within a couple of hours in pouring rain. He was straight forward gave me an estimate which he stuck to and the roof was repaired 2 days later when the rain stopped. We were happy with the service all around and my insurance rep said he did exactly what needed to be done.

Nestor was great to work with. He was informative and professional. Work was done quickly, with attention to detail. The team that came out were respectful of our home and worked quickly and efficiently. We were facing rain and Nestor managed to coordinate it all prior to the rain impacting the job and/or of course our home. Nestor was always available for any questions we may have had and was aware of what his team was doing at all times. We will definitely recommend Magic Roofing and use them for any future maintenance or needs we may have. (Pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what some of our other estimates came in at.)

A family business that takes pride in their work. The owner explains what needs to be done & is very diligent about keeping you updated on their progress. When they finished they cleaned up the the area below so well it was it was like they were never there. area nicely when finish. I would highly recommend them.

Had a few leaks and some dry rot in my tile roof. He diagnosed properly and showed me pictures of the problem areas and clearly explained why the problem occurred and the solution. One day job. Did great work. Punctual. Very good communication! A++++

Nestor and his team were amazing. Each day he sent me pictures of the work completed , repaired the chimneys and skylight. His repair cost were much less than other companies and there we no hidden cost.

I had such a pleasant experience with this company. We had major leaks in our roof from the ongoing rain in southern California last year. Our 30 year old home was in need of many repairs. The owner of Magic Roofing was super helpful and very professional. He also gave us a fair price! His team was respectful of our home and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and will hire again for regular maintenance.
