THEIR PRICE WAS PRETTY GOOD. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. IT WAS A LITTLE WHILE AGO. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY JUST GOT THE JOB DONE, WE'VE REMODELED BEFORE AND IT JUST TAKES TIME, AND THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD.

THE PROBLEM WAS WITH INSTALLATION. THIS GUY WAS ABOUT AS CLUELESS AS YOU COULD GET. HE TOLD ME NOT TO USE SALT PELLETS (WHICH HE SAW THAT I HAD ON HAND) ONLY TO OPEN THE NEW APPLIANCE BOX AND FIND A COUPON FOR NORTON PELLETS! HE HAD TO CALL HIS BOSS TO GET THE THING TO WORK, AND FINALLY LEFT WITH THE BYPASS SWITCH ON...WHICH DEFEATS THE SYSTEM. TWO WEEKS LATER, I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT MYSELF. ANOTHER INCOMPETENT INSTALLER.
