"I really do apologies thinking that Donna understood and knew that materials are not included in the cost of total services/labor and that at the last min she wanted to take the material cost out of the Labor cost. I don't quote people's cost of materials in with the cost of service because I don't pay for the client's materials, and material cost varies. When you ask for the total cost, remember that you should already know what type of materials you want or ask me what I recommend, and that will always be separate from the cost of the job."
