PURCHASE THE SPA FROM THIS COMPANY RECENTLY, VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. EXPLAINED MANY DIFFERENT MODELS AND HOW THEY DIFFER. VERY PROMPT SERVICE. NO INSTALLATION INCLUDED, ELECTRICAL NEEDS TO BE DONE SEPARATE.
