Courteous, prompt and thorough. They listen to you, are on time and clean. I received my report in one day. Sima called me and went through the entire report with me and recommended some contractors. I feel very confident doing business with this company.

Brilliant work by this Microbiologist. I'm very happy with his work. He did a thorough job in testing my home for mold. He also tested the outside which provided answers to my constant headaches. I am highly allergic to mold and my house was negative for mold but the outside (in Long Beach, CA) was positive for airborne mold that falls of trees. His customer service was superb - he was eager to answer all of my questions. Plus, it was a joy to work with him because one can tell he loves his job. I highly recommend his work.

I work in Real Estate. On the day of the final walk through, the buyer found a spot of what looked like mold in a closet. Naturally, he wanted it abated, I sent Sina with Kapak out to do the tests to determine if this indeed was a problem. Since escrow is supposed to close in four days, I was in a panic. Sina was very professional and met me the same day at the property to conduct the analysis. He did three different types of tests. He did checked the air inside and outside the home and of course in the area we suspected. He did a test directly on the spot and took the sample to do the analysis. He also did a moisture analysis. It proved to be a valid concern and he helped me by giving me references of people who do the remediation. I was very impressed with knowlege. He is a senior Microbiologist and works directly with an Environmental Lab. This made the process fast, and accurate, and there was No shipping to some unknown source who could lose the sample or delay for weeks. If you are in the Real Estate profession, this Company needs to be added to your contacts. I am so impressed that this matter could be handled in this time crunch so close to Christmas. The pricing is fair and you the report I received is thorough. Trust me, Sina, is kind, honest, and very good at what he does.

Sina is a ph.D microbiologist,and extremely knowledgeable about mold. He handled our conversations with great professionalism and respect. Once Sina was here at our home, he knew exactly what tests needed to be run,and where the damage would be. Once the results were in, Sina immediately called to explain the very thorough report he had sent by e-mail. His recommendations are solid. We will be following his advise and getting a plumber in here as soon as possible to take care of any possible water leaks. Thanks to Sina, we won't have to worry about mold and water leaks.

I highly recommend Kapak Laboratory for their expertise and thoroughly explaining the process in which a mold inspection was performed at my residence . Sina, who I originally spoke with when I set up the appointment carefully explained the procedure that would be done. Sina came out the next morning and the results were less than 24 hours for me to review. Great Customer service and Thank you Sina !!!!!!
