Been In the Construction and Remodeling Business for 25 years I have had my Contractors license since July 2004 and a Memeber of the Better Business Bureau with a Very good rating. We have 5 employees which are covered under worker comp insurance Also Lialibilty insurance and the required Bond. We do use some Sub Contractors which are also fully insured. Do it right the first time hire a License Contractor. In California if your perform any work that totals to over $500.00 Labor and Materials you need to be Licensed By Dept. of Consumer Affairs Contractors State License Board. Any deposits or down payments required by any contractor is 10% or $1,000.00 no more then $1,000.00 unless some of the materials have to be special ordered
