THEY HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE AND COMPETITIVE PRICING. IF YOU PURCHASE TOO MUCH THEY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

ITALGRES IS VERY CONVENIENT, VERY INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER CERAMIC TILE HOUSES. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WORK WELL WITH BOTH CONTRACTORS AND PRIVATE PARTIES.

OVERALL, ITALGES SALE REPRESENTATIVE WAS GREAT. HOWEVER, THEIR MEASUREMENT TECHNICIAN SUCKED. AFTER I REVIEWED THE TECHNICIAN S MEASUREMENT, I FOUND I WAS OVERCHARGED BY $500 DOLLARS. THE STORE MANAGER GAVE ME A PARTIAL CREDIT FOR THE ERROR.
