Irvine Fence, Inc.

They did a poor job replacing a wooden gate for us. The salesman specified cedar as we agreed, but the wood that was delivered was pine, so the job was delayed while cedar was found and delivered. The gate did not close properly and the trim was improperly cut and installed. Finally, when I complained, another person came out with the crew to get it straight. When I told him what was wrong, in admittedly an energetic, frustrated tone, he told me he was the owner and would not put up with my complaining. After they left, there were more adjustments I had to do to the latch, and now, a few years later, the lag bolts that they installed to the garage wall have worked loose, so I had to repair that also. The only good thing about this company was the nice salesman and a good price. By the way, they are in Anaheim, not Irvine; I guess their name is to give the impression that they are a classy outfit, which they are definitely not.

It has been a terrible experience dealing with Irvine Fence Inc. They did a horrible job replacing an existing 25 year old Redwood fence in our backyard and the fence is now leaning really badly and Irvine Fence does not honor their 5 year warranty. Leo came out to see the leaning fence and said 5 posts were affected and needed to be fixed. But Jonathan blew us off. Irvine Fence used really cheap redwood/sapwood and the wood is splitting everywhere now. I complained about the cheap wood when the fence was installed but the owner, Eddie, started screaming and yelling at me. I had other contractors come out and look at the leaning fence and they all said Irvine Fence did a horrible job. They did not do the hard part of securing the wooden posts into the ground and it looks like they did not use any cement or very little. There is no support for all these posts. The wood is exposed to the dirt and is causing it to rot. The posts also were not put deep enough into the ground either. I had numerous other problems too with the work they did to install this fence such as the pickets coming loose. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it!

They were on time, did a professional job, and I am completely satisfied with the results.

Great experience with Irvine Fence. Found them through Home Advisor and they offered me a fair and competitive price. They completed the job of replacing my old termite-ridden fence and gate with really high quality vinyl in less than a day. While on the job they were punctual and respectful and even ran things by me to make sure I was okay with their decisions. I am really happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a senior project manager for a large commercial contractor and recently was in the market for a new fence at my home in Yorba Linda. Although I have a lot of contacts in the construction industry vinyl fencing was not one of them. After speaking with one of my neighbors he recommended Irvine Fence who had installed his fence the year before and how happy he was with their work, so I gave them a call. The following day Jose a sales representative met me at my home on time and prepared. I informed Jose what I was looking for and also what I did for a living and that I had high expectations. The following day I receive a quote and to my surprise, it was much cheaper than I expected and after agreeing to the price we scheduled the install for Saturday morning. When Saturday came it was raining so I did not expect them to show up but to my surprise they did and within 8 hours they had removed and replaced my old existing wood fence with a new vinyl one. With that said, I could not be any happier with the product, installation and sales service I received. I only wish that all of the sub-contractors I work with were this good and professional!

I just completed a new fence and gate project with Irvine Fence Inc and cannot be more pleased with the outcome. They are very professional, responsive and easy to work with and installed a new fence and a gate along my property line that looks awesome and was done incredibly quickly. My neighbors are happy and so am I. Highly recommended.

The vinyl fence is beautiful! The sales rep and crew were professional. Two days for existing fence removal, installing concrete curbing, and completing new fence. Crew was fast, neat and did a great job. Highly recommend Irving Fence Company!

Our new vinyl fence looks great and was installed very quickly. Our only issue was there were a few marks on the fence that we had to clean off ourselves, but overall it was done well.

Quality was outstanding, especially compared to our other vinyl fence we had installed a few years ago. Communication exceeded my expectations and the value was exceptional.

Irvine Fence earned 4 stars because the work that they did is very good and the price was reasonable. The fence looks great, is sturdy and good quality. They did not earn 5 stars because despite me giving clear directions on where I wanted the fence to be, they initially placed the posts about 10 feet from where the fence was supposed to be. They remedied the situation before completion, so I did not deduct more stars for the mistake.

I had Irvine Fence replace 2 gates. The quality of their work was excellent, they were very friendly and the price was good. I was very pleased and highly recommend Irvine Fence.

No one let me know the workman were coming until the morning that they came to do the work. It was not particularly convenient for me, but I re-arranged my plans. I had discussed with the sales rep that I needed the gate to be only two inches above the ground. The workmen didn't seem to have that information. In the end, I had to inform them that they gate needed to be lowered. They fixed it by lowering the gate on the post. It cost 900$.

I am very pleased that they served my need when I wanted it with the least fuss, and efficiency; they did not tell me stories unlike other companies that they are booked for weeks before they could even come and give a work estimate. I gave Eddie the owner the details and measurements and he quoted a price and the job was done the very next day. I recommend Irvine Fence with absolutely no reservations.

After reviewing three other fence companies, I chose Irvine Fence Inc. and was glad I did. I had two gates and a small vinyl fence installed on the back of my property. The price was right compared to the other bids, and they were able to schedule me within a couple of weeks. The workers showed up on time and completed the project by early afternoon. I'm very pleased with the results.

They called and were available to evaluate the broken, falling fence and recommended a cost effective fix. They promptly repaired the fence. I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend this company. Alex Orozco came out reviewed the work that needed to be completed and provided estimate within 48 hours. Install was scheduled for 3 weeks out so plan accordingly. I called with a change request 24 hours prior to install and Alex was very accommodating. Day of install workers showed up on time and work was completed to my satisfaction. Will use them again when its time to replace my other shared fence with neighbor.

Good company good service. Ordered a custom color fence, Install went well. Left some pieces behind. And they did not take out the old cement post holes which I forgot to request.
