I was thrown into this hugely undesirable project with unexpected situations and pressing timelines. Imperial Tile is my contractor's preferred tile vendor so I was sent there to work with them. I showed up knowing absolutely nothing about tiles, no design plan, just wanted my house put back together. I didn't dare to dream big because the contractor set my allowance to $3 tiles (per sq. ft.) and money was bleeding out from the repairs and rebuild. Jessica showed me great options within my allowance. She gave me guidance, style and above all, patience!
I ended up with a stylish and timeless kitchen with 24"x24" floor tiles and large glass subway tiles. I couldn't get the countertop from her but she still offered advice there. My bathroom has planks on the floor and also in the shower/tub. I ended up doing a fun fireplace project with stacked stones, not ordinary earthy beige but in pretty white/grayish with purple sparkles.
As most everyone knows, there are ample stone/tile places in the area, on the same street, all have great selections. In such a high density area, competition is stiff and it is always be the customer service that sets the business apart. I was at a complete loss at the start of my project, through working with Imperial Tile & Stone, I now enjoy looking at every inch of my kitchen, bathroom and the fireplace.
Once my two bathrooms are finished, I'll be starting on the remodel of my master and I WILL NOT be using Imperial Tile and Stone. If you don't mind waiting and waiting and waiting, Imperial is the place for you. But if you'd rather keep your project moving along, find another supplier and save yourself lots of frustration!
