"Hello [Member Name Removed], upon your call our manager reviewed all materials that pertain to this call as we do not take complaints lightly. Our technician went to the home and attempted to clear the drain. Once the technician found that he was unable to clear the blockage with a cable he called you. During this call, he updated you on the status of the job and recommended a hydro jetter for a lower cost than what is described above. The technician also encouraged you to collect other estimates to make the best decision for you. Due to the severe amount of grease, it is our job as professionals to provide you with the correct and proper solution so this issue does not occur again. The technician removed pieces of grease from the line which was emailed to you along with the finding for free. Here at HomeX we do not believe in charging the customer if the issue was not resolved. We understand if you weren't looking for a permanent solution. Our technicians are not salesmen they are trained technicians that provide services that will ultimately alleviate the issues that are occurring in your home. We understand that you are under the impression that our technicians are commission based but in fact, that is false information. We had our technicians find time at the end of the day to service your home however it seemed that our prompt service was not to your standards. We are happy to hear that your issue was resolved."
