Outstanding work! 5 Stars all the way from beginning to wrap up. HandyCrew tiled 3 bathrooms and a laundry area and we are beyond impressed. The crew Francisco and Juan were extremely professional, kind, polite, clean, skilled, on time and handled the job with expertise and beautiful artistry. Went great. Gustavo arrived on time and did a fine job. He did all the work including installing a new outside vent and patching the stucco on the side of the house. Very pleased with his professionalism. I would use this service again.

It went fantastic! I really like how this company operates. Here's the deal.. I needed some out-of-the-box thinking and they nailed it. I have cats but I don't want a litter box in my house. I needed some kind of "cage" in my garage that would keep my pets safe from the cars, but allow my cars to park inside the garage. They came up with a solution that really nailed it and at a cost that wasn't horribly expensive. Here's what I also liked about this company.. First they send someone to spec your job(s), then they give you a detailed, itemized quote so you can pick and choose what you can afford at that time. They communicate every step of the way so I really felt like this was a partnership. That communication and their quoting process, made the whole experience easy. I will hire them again when I'm ready for the next project I can't handle myself.

Juan did a wonderful job, This is the 2nd time I have had Juan and he is a professional and does an excellent job. Owner, Nir, is also very helpful and does a great job! I will definitely hire them again!!

The technician was a little late, which concerned me as this is a first impression. Upon arrival we had a detailed review of the work to be performed. There was agreement on the scope and the technician went to purchase the nessary supplies. Upon returning he work continuously on laying the plywood. There was a point where the lights in a part of the house went out, checking the fuse box there was a tripped breaker. I informed the technician and he imediatly stopped work, we discussed the possibilities based on where he was working in the attic. He lifted the panel and found that he had accidentally screwed through a wire, thus causing a short and trip of the breaker. Upon finding the issues he called his supervisor immediately to explain the situation. We discussed the solution and agreed on the path forward. The repair was completed breaker was reset and he proceed to finish the work. Not all work goes perfectly, he handled the issues professionally, completed the work with in the day as planned, quality of the work was as discussed, protected the path from his work area outside to inside the house to the attic ladder. The project turned out perfectly.

I hired HandyCrew to fix my drywall and repaint after I had a slab leak. The person they sent was Gustavo and he is probably the best contractor that I had ever worked with! He did an excellent job as if he was working on his own house. He was very meticulous with his work and will keep working until the job was done perfectly!

We initially had some issues regarding the baseboard cost and how the boards were to be paint, but the end result was fantastic. They did an amazing job.

Each service provider was punctual and communicated well. We knew the status of the jobs at all times and loved the results. Scheduling was also very easy, and being able to do credit card payments online made it a breeze! We would definitely use handycrew again.

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by HandyCrew Services. This is my second time using them and I am as thrilled as the first time. Communication with the owner Nir, and office manager Sarah, was excellent. I am especially impressed with Gustavo, the handyman they sent to do the work (Carlos too). He is knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and detail oriented. He is reliable and a man of much integrity. I will definitely use HandyCrew again for a few other projects I have planned and have also referred them to my sister who is going to have her bathroom remodeled among other things. As a single lady it's hard to trust someone to come in to my home and have work done especially someone a as clueless as I am regarding this. That being said, I'm grateful that I found a team that is honest, reliable and trustworthy and I look forward to working with them again.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed by HandyCrew. The handymen assigned to me, Gustavo and Armando, were excellent, very hard working, polite, punctual. My interaction with the owner, Nir, was also excellent. Gustavo and Armando did a fantastic job and had a keen eye to detail. They cleaned up after each day and didn't leave a big mess for me to clean up. I appreciate that and am very pleased with the end result.

It was okay. I'm having some problems with the gate dragging and I'm wondering if I should call him to fix it or leave it alone. One guy was on his phone a lot and the other guys were pretty hard. I'd asked them to put up a curtain rod and he did but it didn't fit. He then put the holes on the sides but now I've got these two big ugly holes up there with plaster over them. Part of it was there but I don't think it was that bad. There were a couple of things I needed and had he not been so busy yapping on his phone, he could have done them. I could tell it wasn't anything business related. That kind of missed me. He had some helpers. There were some things that were done well. One guy did a really good job in the kitchen. The main guy replaced my screen really well.

8 hr. and two guys showed up a bit late. Very nice, clean and went through all the work I had for them. Issue was really that they were not overly skilled for the work. They were able to paint bathroom but were a bit sloppy for my taste leaving residual paint on tiles, mirrors, drips on lights, etc. Partially completed grouting repair task but must not have understood the request to regrout all tiles and seal problem areas along windows and floors. Essentially spent a good chunk of time removing/cleaning temporary tub seal tape on tub and ran out of time to do anything else. Replaced kitchen sink faucet but 2 days later it is lose and I"m having to fix on my own. Not a bad experience but the "skilled" part was not quite there.

"Dear member, We appreciate your feedback and apologize that you were not fully satisfied with the completed job. Generally, it would take about a full day just to paint a bathroom of this size and our handyman was able to complete the painting as well as a variety of tasks that you had planned for him to do. Unfortunately, the moldings on the floor were glued on very well. He had to make sure that he didn't ruin the floor or the paint, so he was very careful about removing them prior to grouting and caulking. This was time consuming but he carried out the task efficiently, ensuring that no damage was made. During the time that he was painting, he was extremely careful and removed both mirrors without getting any paint marks on them. However, he did observe that there was some residual paint on the floor tiles. He attempted to remove as much of it as he could but there was still some that would not come off. This indicated that the paint was old and had more than likely been stuck to the tile for a long time. While our handyman was on site, he also replaced the kitchen faucet. During this process, he did see that it was very rusty and he couldn't open any of the bolts. We were told that the faucet is 35 years old and it was definitely time to replace it. Our handyman had to cut bolts and completely replace all connections. At the time that he left your home, it was working properly but had you notified us that the faucet still needed our attention we would have been happy to return and take a second look. As much as we value positive feedback, we do also value constructive criticism. For the full day that our handyman was at your home, more than a day's worth of work was completed in a very efficient manner. We are sorry that you do not feel this way but we hope that we can have the opportunity to work with you again in the future."
