Gilbert came out within a day or two of our calling the company to give an estimate.  He provided color sample pamphlets and the contract was thorough and listed all appropriate information.  I double checked the state's website for his Contractor's License and found the license to be valid.
Gilbert arrived with his crew on the first day on time and went to work preping the exterior.  When I came home and inspected the prep work, I was pleased at how they had prepared the wood trim.  The south side of the house was in particular disrepair and their preparation was  thorough.
We also had 3 posts attached to the front of the house that supported 2" x 6" boards for plants or miscellaneous bric-a-brac.  One of these posts was in poor shape and was dry rotted.  Gilbert asked if we wanted them to remove the posts and have them stucco over the hole.  I agreed to the work and within 1/2 hour, Gilbert called with a problem.  While trying to remove the first post, the metal plate holding the post to the studs pushed through the plaster inside the house.  I told Gilbert to not deal with the other 2 posts and he assured me he would take care of all the repairs.  When he completed the exterior stucco, I could not tell any difference where he made the repairs.  He also had his crew repair the interior wall and I was unable to tell where the interior hole was made.
The job was completed in 3 days and we are very pleased.  I would recommend this company to anyone.
