The gentleman who came was great. Did a great job and was very polite. However, the manager and or owner was a shady fellow. I sent pictures of the job and multiple full description of the plumbing issue. He told me yes it fell under the Angie's list deal. When they came out it was a different story altogether. Either the manager lied and did a bait and switch or he never looked at the many pictures I sent. In the end the plumber the job, broke down the price to the cost of the part; and told the manager " HEY SHE HAS THE SAME EXTS BACK AND FORTH WITH THE TEXT AND ACCURATE PICTURES ATTACHED ", so he, not the manager, corrected the issue and did the job at cost.

On time. Easy to deal with. Quick, clean. Nice guy.

Did not complete job as requested. Poor communication and follow up. Had to hire someone else to complete work.

The plumber was excellent and I will use him again!

The technician arrived on-time and called when he was on his way. He was very friendly, and communicated exactly what he would be doing. I'm very happy with the service and it was a great deal!

I purchased a big deal for $198 from Angie's List. They showed up without a confirmed appointment. The deal that I purchased was 2 hours labor, and they finished the work in 15 minutes and charged for 2 hours. They didn't fix the issue. I called them because the shower was leaking and after they did the work, the shower is still leaking and the hot and cold water was switched. This was the worst experience. I almost called Angie's List because after they did the work, I still suffered the issue, and it was worse. They didn't fix the issue and they created more issues. I pay $200 for nothing just for them to mess it up again.

 Purchased a Water Heater Flush Deal. Some small repairs where needed but they didn't have the parts. noted on invoice that there where no leaks. 2hrs later ,I noticed a little water in the drip pan, thought it was from the flush so i spotted it up. Thurs. Morning , no hot water and more water in the drip pan. My first call got me a guy who said there is no way they could have caused this but they will try and get someone out in the next day or so. The Guy who came out called to say there was no way they could have caused this. NO ONE SAID "THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS STOPPING YOUR LEAK". They where more concerned that another serve call would be billed when they came out. 
 Seem wrong to you?  did to Me too, so I called Ben Franklin. Their first words where "There is a $59 service call which 
We will wave, as the important thing is stop the Leak" $1875 dollars later I have a new water heater.
I'M SURE IT'S JUST A HUGE COINCIDENCE.
