Gardner Pool Plastering Inc

Eh, not too good . We hired a gardener with strong recommendation from Leslie pool who is a trusted company and whom we shop with for all our pool needs . We needed our pool to be completely re-plastered and decided to get new tile as well . From the beginning it was very frustrating when the foreman or even the office wouldn't call us back at our request sometimes it would take several days . The tile crew did an excellent job with the back wall however the steps look horrible (see pics) The tile is uneven in some areas and the replastering is pitted around the tiles on steps. The crew spoke very little English which was also frustrating . We chose to add color to the new replastering which didn't go well either . I didn't read the small print on the contract where it said the color might not match perfect which I would've been OK with but it is very uneven and looks horrible and blotchy . Two of my neighbors recently got their pools replastered with color and it looks awesome nothing like mine . Our biggest complaint is all the pits on the new stairs they completed (See pics) Gardner would not fix the problem as they said its "normal" A picture says a Thousand words
