Alex Moody and his wife Mindy were very easy to work with. The estimate for everything was around $2700. The garage measures 19 x 22 ft. and the epoxy floor alone was about $1700, which I thought was very reasonable. We discussed some potential drywall work that might be necessary once the cabinets were removed, so that was left out of the estimate with the understanding some additional scope of work may be added. Work was scheduled to take two days and start on Wednesday, 9-Sept. The crew arrived a bit late and started working. It turned out that a couple of sheets of drywall were replaced along with the underlying insulation, which added some extra time to the overall job. At the end of the first day the drywall work was substantially complete and some of the painting was done. The next day the floor crew arrived, again a bit late, but had plenty of time to prep the floor, fill all cracks, smooth the curb and apply the epoxy. The total time was about six to seven hours. I was told the painting crew would be back on Friday in the early afternoon to finish the painting and install the overhead storage, but they never showed up. Unfortunately, I wasted a day of vacation to be home, but it was the Labor Day weekend so I wasn't too perturbed about it. Mindy called me on Monday (the holiday) and surprised me by saying the crew would be there in the morning to finish the remaining work. All painting was finished and the overhead racks in place by the end of the day. I had one minor complaint though. The crew put my washer and dryer back in place after the floor cured and didn't hook up the dryer air vent tubes properly. It was pointing straight up instead of routing to the outside and when I turned on the dryer I got a lint shower. I managed to fix it myself, but I had to pull both machines out from a relatively confined space to get to the vent tubes. To be fair, I wasn't able to be home when they put the machines back into place so I'm not blaming them. Overall, the quality of work was very good, especially the epoxy floor. The additional work was charged on an hourly basis and they undercharged me to boot. I've gotten lots of compliments from the neighbors on the new garage. I went from the ugliest garage to the best. It was amazing. The team was on-time (even called before they came), super professional and really helpful when it came to questions. We were moving in the next day and were able to store boxes and some furniture on the garage floor the next afternoon with no marks or any other issues left behind. Of course it would be convenient if everyone did everything perfectly the first time.  Despite the best of intentions, problem will come up, and the true test of a vendor is how they handle problems.  Garage Rehab identified the problem and handled it quickly without hesitation.  The end result was a beautiful new floor.  The workers were very punctual and professional.  I can recommend them without hesitation.  I would use them again.

I think they are a little expensive compared to their competition, but they do a very good quality job.  The crew was about 4 hours late the first day because they had to finish up the previous job.  After assessing the floor, we realized that additional work was required to address an issue with leveling the floor.  They agreed to do it for an additional $150, and proceeded with the repairs.  The next day, they finished the concrete repairs and epoxy coating.  They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in their work.

I shopped for different quotes amongst other contractors, but went with Garage Rehab/Orange County Coatings.

Their materials and process was exactly what I was looking for. Others didn't apply 100% polyaspartic , which is what I wanted for the penetration into the concrete and for the durability to wear and chemicals.

The stem wall and floor needed some repairs due to cracking, chipping, and efflorescence. The bad areas were ground out, primer, and patched. The expansion joints and seams were also filled. The surface of the floor was prepped with a diamond grind. Afterwards the floor was coated with a base coat, wet coat, chip coat, then the final clear top coat. All with polyaspartic material.

The results are amazing. I cannot tell where the repairs were made. I've had two other homes that I epoxy coated the garage floors, but they do not compare to this.

All work was complete in about an eight hour day on a three car garage.

Excellent price. It took longer than I expected but they primed and scraped old floors and walls. Let the primer and epoxy setup. It looks great. Well worth the money.

Bill from Garage Rehab came in and took measurements and showed us samples of flooring and cabinets for our garage. It has now been 8 days. I have left several messages with the office and on Bill's cell and I have not heard back from either.

The service was great. Everything was what was quoted. Half of the floor was the wrong color, and they came back and fixed it the next morning with no charge. There was three or four people who performed the work and the next day two people came out. It took most of the morning. It looks great. I would tell a friend or family member to expect good service and fair pricing.

The installation of the shelving went fine.  They were responsive and worked me in while I had a major renovation ongoing due to a water problem.  
However, I wanted some cabinets to be built as well.  The guy who supervised the shelving install took some measurements, but because I wanted them to cover a water heater, he thought it would be best to get Alex out to look at it.   I said fine, please have him come out.
a few weeks went by, no call from Alex.  Then about 2 months go by, and as we are finishing up our remodel, I recall that they never came back with a bid for my cabinets.   So I text Mindy who was the last person I interacted with over this 2 months back.  I remind her of what they were going to do, and she says she will look up my file and get back to me.
A day goes by and she texts back saying Alex is in my area, and he can come over and look at the job.  I respond with 'great, let me know what time you can be here'.  Nothing.   two weeks go by.   Nothing.
I have to say, working with a dozen contractors on our remodel, this type of poor customer service and follow up is not unique.  However, I felt compelled to share my story as its baffling to me how companies as this can stay in business with this type of follow up.   I guess there simply are enough people in SoCal that you don't have to worry about doing work for the same person twice!

Love it.  So great to work with.  Honest, reasonable rates.  Will recommend to others for sure!

I give them my highest recommendation - they were amazing.  They were pleasant and timely with their communications. They quoted cheaper than other places (and didn't try to upcharge). They were easy to schedule, on-time, and performed the work in less than a day. And last but not least, the quality is outstanding!

Excellent professional service from quote to completion of work. I asked for quote for a Saturday and sure enough they arrived exactly on time on a Saturday, quoted quickly and did not try to up sell or cross sell other products. Arranged for work to be done the next Saturday. Workers arrived a few minute early and started right away. The floor was diamond ground with vacuum hoses attached so no dust was billowing around. They started focused and completed their work on time with an excellent result. I did check on them several times during the day and they were always working. Mindy called to let me the work was done and allowed me to do a final inspection. All work was done very well indeed. They reduced the bill by the Angie discount listed without me even mentioning it. A professional and pleasant experience.

The quality of the work was excellent.  We did this job in 3 stages, 1st, the floor, 2nd 1st set of cabinets, 3rd second set of cabinets.

The floor was the best that I have ever seen.  It was done in one day, not 3 like some of the competition. It is rock hard and impervious to normal wear and tear.

The cabinets were made very well with extra aluminum horizontal shelf braces to prevent sagging.  These were installed only on the front, but I ordered an extra set for the back.  I recommend front and back.  They are an inexpensive add.

The only improvement I would like to see is better communication about time and schedules.  You need to stay on top of that.

I would use them again if the need arose and I certainly recommend them.
