One of the springs broke on my roll-up garage door. The service was punctual, efficient, and got the job done for a fair price. I would definitely call them again for garage door service.

Brandon and his team were incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. I couldn't be on-site for the install but Brandon was happy to work with me to coordinate having the work done in my absence. Job was done seamlessly and quickly.

When they called me to schedule the appointment the first thing they asked was did I already purchase the deal. This was the first red flag, seems like he wanted to go around Angie's List and not have to split the payment. I had scheduled the service and he called back the morning they were supposed to do the service and said they had an issue with the driver and said I could cancel and get a refund from Angie's List. Seems to me they want to get the advertising from Angie's List but not want to pay for it. Very shady.

Called at almost 5pm and for no additional charge Brandon came out to service my garage that evening. After describing the problem I was having he gave me an estimate over the phone. Very reasonable and extremely professional. I would recommend him to a friend and would definitely call him for future garage issues. To be honest, my garage door is running smoother than it did the day it was installed. He replaced both springs and did a tune up.

Brandon responded very quickly to our service inquiry. He was able to come the same day and install our garage door opener for a very competitive price. He was professional, detail oriented, and picked up any mess he made. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for garage door services.

Brandon was recommend to me by a neighbor about 1-1/2 years ago when I was having problems getting my garage door to open.  He came out, fixed the problem.  He was fast, efficient and his price was very reasonable.  When my garage door opener started to make really funny noises, I naturally called Brandon again.  He cam out that very same day.  Gave me a few options as to what I could do.  I selected one and he came back today and installed a new garage door opener.  I realize he may not be able to give every circumstance same-day service, but he's professional, efficient, and totally trustworthy.  I don't hesitate for a second recommending him to anyone who wants a provider who is fair priced and stands behind his services.

Brandon was very honest and explained the problem. He gave the solution options to me to give a short term solution that will get few more years of life from the door and replacement choice. I truly appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer to my questions so that i can make informed decision. I went with the short term solution. He also did the tuning of the garage door. I will definitely recommend to anyone for their garage door work.

Garage door drive belt needed to be reset and garage door had to be realigned with track. Brandon did the entire job within 30 minutes, and gave the entire system a complete tune-up and lube. He came with a new replacement motor in case I needed an new motor. He felt a new motor wasn't needed and did not try to sell me anything or service, i DIDN'T NEED. Had the entire garage system working, like new.Brandon came on time and was very professional, polite, and honest. I would use his services again.

Hi. Angie's list. Overall the experience with garage door HERO company was excellent. I was very worried that my garage door was going to be broken for a long time. I started looking for a local company in the internet, but lots of different companies started coming out. I read their ads but none that I like , until I read Garage Door Hero ads and I feel that they song very honest. So I gave them a call and right away Brandon explain to me what was needed in order to fix the garage. I send him a couple of pictures and he answered me within 4 minutes with a quote. We spoke for 2 minutes and he was very supporter with my financial situation. I feel like if I was talking to a friend trying to help me out. Garage door Hero was finishing one job and within and hour he was a my home. I live in the valley and he did not mind driving to help me out. I had searched online to see if it was a do it yourself job, but after I watch different video I realized that this job need to be done by a professional. Once Garage door Hero arrived they got right away to business. He new exactly what was he doing. He did and excellent job and my garage sounds more quite them ever before. Overall everything was excellent, (great costumer help, (professional work and great pricing ). I was so happy that in half and hour my garage was working like new. ????
