THEY WERE JUST REALLY FAMILY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. WE HAVE TWIN BABIES, SO THEY KIND OF WORKED AROUND US AND MADE IT EASY ON US. THEY WERE JUST REAL EASY TO WORK WITH.
