WORSE company ever. Misrepresentation, poor customer service, items lost, broken and MANY stolen. Days late picking up and even later delivering. Hired a homeless person to help unload at destination who kept disappearing. Belongings held hostage until I came up with cash, not even letting me look inside the semi to see what was there. I did NOT hire them and never would have. I hired a company called Arrow-Trucking who lied, lied lied. If I had seen all the negative reviews on Executive and had prior knowledge of them, I NEVER would have lt them handle my property. BEWARE and do your due diligence prior to even talking to them. The price is cheaper for a reason!

We just moved from Coto de Caza to San Clemente on Jan 16th, 2015. We went with a "BIG BRAND" mover, North American (Executive Moving Systems) this time around but I've historically used smaller movers trying to save a few bucks. I won't be doing that any longer. North American handled our move on time, on budget with no extra costs and the 4 man moving team was awesome!
The original estimate was quoted by Bill. He offered to come out to the house and walk me through the process with me but as we talked through the details he was confident his estimate would cover it. He also included the moving insurance needed. When I received the final bill, it was less than he estimated. 
When the moving team arrived they introduced themselves, we're clean cut and well-spoken. I walked them through the house and when they saw my wife was still handling some last minute boxing they offered to help. It was a very nice surprise.
They had the rooms emptied quickly even though it was a 4500 sq ft house and the care and time that was spent on wrapping and handling each individual piece of furniture was great. We didn't notice a single scratch or anything broken.
As they unloaded in San Clemente, I expected the movers to speed up and just focus on getting the truck empty so they could go home. Didn't happen; each of the guys was took their time with the placement of furniture and boxes and made recommendations helping us decide where to put a few pieces of furniture.
These guys did a great job, the customer service was awesome and entire moving experience was outstanding!
I'd use them again in a minute.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Up front and accurate on expected costs. Great advice on pre-move preparations. Movers were great and not a single thing damaged. Time estimate was accurate as well. This is the third time I have used North American (other two moves were coast to coast) and have never been disappointed.

Not happy at all. They have dented and scratched our appliances and we had to wait awhile after we called them to ship our items.

Absolutely horrible. I filed many complaints, especially with the better business bureau, to no avail. My only recourse was small claims court, which has a maximum limit, to which I exceeded. They grossly overcharged me, for all their work, gave me estimates, which were 1000% incorrect, and held my household goods for ransom if I didn't pay their price. I was held hostage. I even paid a premium for their breakage insurance, for which their was no deductible, and 100% coverage, and for $22,000 worth of household items, they had their own adjuster come, after many things were broken or missing, and say that only $420 of damage was done! I had receipts and paperwork yet was at their mercy. With only 24 hours notice, they added an additional charge of $9000 (nine thousand) dollars, at the last minute, the day before the movers were to deliver my goods, and if I didn't pay it in cash, they would cancel the delivery. It was like the MAFIA! If anyone wants more details, I am willing to fax.
