THEY WERE COURTEOUS. WE ASKED THEM TO INSTALL SOME OUTLETS, AND THEY DID DO THAT. THEY ALSO CHECKED OUR LINES TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WERE OK. THEY WERE ON TIME LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEEDED THEM.

WE ACTUALL NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ADT. WE HAVE HAD THEIR SERVICE FOR 5 YEARS, THEY BOUGHT OUT THE SECURITY SVC WE ORIGINALLY HAD, BUT WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO USE THEM FOR AN EMERGENCY.
