Masonry Work
Eddie came and gave me an estimate of $300 for above work. He arrived on time, did the first 3 items on my list. When I pointed out he hadn't done the work around the stucco mold he told me they didn't have any grout left. When I told him I really needed that done he relented, mixed some, and completed the work. They didn't bring anything to clean up with, had to borrow a broom. And the price increased at the last minute, from the $300 quoted to $350. When I balked he reduced the price to $325.
