 + -1 moreVincent is proud of his work and wants to be treated respectfully. Now in May 2011 I am having him make 2 twin custom bedspreads into a full bedspread for a bed that has yet to be delivered. I brought the twin bedspreads into the shop but Vincent won't do the work until I get the bed, to insure the work is perfect.
Description of Work: Vincent had done my house before and we were very happy with it. But my mother added on to our house and the new construction needed a change to our house. We got drapes for living room, duettes for kitchen and family room. Blackout drapes and sheers for the master bedroom, custom matching bedspread and seat to lay the bedspread, shutters for my son's room (3 little windows & 1 large window), custom bedspread and drapes for a guest bedroom. When he had finished I found I hated the duette that was on my new sliding door to the family room. Without charging anymore, Vincent redid the shade and made 2 shades (It reminded me of a garage door before). Vincent also redid my mother's addition with the original drapes she had in her old home that he had made. I am very happy with his work.

 + -1 moreWas not happy with installation. Expensive drapes tied back with ugly standard rope. When discussing with owner he was short and rude not willing to help someone who spent $8000 with him and a past customer. Will never use again.

 + -1 moreIT WAS REALLY GREAT. IT WAS REALLY SIMPLE. THEY HELPED OUT WITH THE COLOR MATCH. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CAME IN, DID IT QUICKLY, AND THEY GAVE A TWO-YEAR GUARANTEE ON IT, TOO. WE HAVE DONE A LOT OF THINGS WITH HOME DEPOT BEFORE, AND EVERYTHING WE HAVE EVER GOTTEN FROM THEM WAS VERY GOOD. WE GOT OUR CUPBOARDS FROM THEM AND THAT WORKED OUT VERY WELL.
Description of Work: IT WAS AN INTERIOR SHUTTER FOR A MASTER BEDROOM THAT ALSO INCLUDED ONE OF THOSE ARCHED WINDOWS.
