It's great! There's drawers for all of our CDs and DVDs. They made it custom for our specifications, and it's a beautiful pecan wood case. It's absolutely gorgeous, and they did a wonderful job. They brought it right to the house and brought it inside and set it up for us. It's very good quality. They were very nice to deal with and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them! We ordered it from them in Rockford, IL and the price was still very competitive compared to more local companies.

I get compliments all the time. I visited their shop personally. They offer very high quality products and are very accommodating. They shipped the cabinet to me fully assembled and put in my house exactly where I wanted. The people who moved the cabinet did a great job and I would recommend their services and products to others.

The piece is excellent. The piece is beautiful and I could not be more happy with the cabinet. The mechanism works very well. They hired a first class carrier for the shipping of the cabinet. It did get a little bit of damage during the move but they took care of it and it was done very well. Being across the country everything was executed beautifully. I cannot say enough good things about them. I looked around all over the east coast and I was unable to find a piece that worked like this at the quality that I found with Diamond Case.

Everything went smoothly and they shipped the item without and dings, flaw, etc. The unit was already assembled and communication with the company went well. Their prices are not the cheapest but it was worth the money spent. We would recommend their products and service to others.

The company and products are very high-end. The media unit is beautiful and has held up to everyone, including my teenagers. We are selling our house and and are planning on bringing the unit with us because it is so nice. The shipping process went smoothly and it was packaged well with no defects. I would recommend them to others.

I got exactly what I wanted and the unit is holding up well. They answered all questions I had before I purchased the unit. I thought they offered reasonable prices. They are a first class company and the item was shipped carefully without any damage.

They have a nice website and they send emails occasionally for various services. They do direct shipping. The service worked out well and the cabinet is well made and it is worth the money. The product came completed. They are a good company to do business with.

They were great. They showed up. Actually, they were a little late but I appreciate the fact that they called and let me know. They didn't just leave me hanging. Their service was great. They came in and did what they said they're going to do. Their prices were reasonable. I remember checking with a couple of places and I thought they were comparable. I would use them in the future.

The installer showed up on time, was clean and neat as he went about the project. He listened to our ideas, then told us how closely he could approximate them and what the price would be. I did not realize how bad the previous installer was until I saw a real professional at work. My only reservation was on price, it would be great to get first-class service at a discount price...but then, how often do you get that? We are glad we did the upgrades.

I hired Diamond Case Design because I wanted to replace our 42and quot; cathode ray TV with a new 60and quot; flat screen. The challenge: our TV occupied a media niche in an unattached wall (i.e. the wall does not reach the ceiling) and I had no idea on how to safely anchor a large flat screen TV into what is essentially a very large box and make the result look attractive. I called Diamond Case Design after finding them on Angie's List. Steve returned my call the next day, listened to my situation and asked for dimensions and measurements, which I emailed soon after. Within the week Steve emailed back sketches of his proposed solution. I liked what I saw, so Steve came over and took more detailed measurements. Originally I had wanted to use the niche as storage, but it soon became apparent that any storage gains would be minimal, so Steve proposed building a frame that would be placed over the niche and anchored to the surrounding wall. The TV and speakers would be attached to the fame and any wires would be hidden.

Since I am not that tech savvy, I also asked Diamond Case to select the components for the entertainment center. Together we picked out a Samsung 60and quot; F7100 screen, a Yamaha 475 Receiver, Blue-Ray player, Episode Speakers and a subwoofer. Component prices matched market rates; installation, setup, and programming the remote were included in the package.

Diamond Case did an excellent job. Detailed sketches and a parts list were provided during every phase of the project, so there were no surprises. They worked within my budget, showed up on time, and gave me an entertainment system that not only works wonderfully, but fits into my house like an expensive piece of furniture. Easy to work with, creative solutions, competitive pricing, excellent results.

It could not have been better. Seriously. We wanted a cabinet that would look like it belonged in our living room, kept the TV out of sight when not in use, and had a ventilation system to keep the components from overheating. Steve visited our house, listened carefully to our needs and desires, wrote down the brand and model number for each component, and went over the different styles they offer. We wanted something with a Craftsman/Mission style and they have one which is more than close enough. Better yet, he borrowed one of the drawers from our coffee table (also Craftsman/Mission style) so he could match the color. A week later we received a computerized drawing for our approval. I don't recall the turnaround time, but it was within his estimate. Steve's installers were just as professional, showing up on time and getting the case set up efficiently.
This cabinet isn't just a cabinet, it's a piece of fine, custom-made furniture. It wasn't cheap, but it's an instance of getting what you pay for, so we gave it an A rating. We cannot recommend Diamond Case highly enough.

We originally wanted to design our own unit, but upon looking at this piece, determined it would suit our needs.

A timeline was agreed upon and met as some of the job was be be custom built to order. The installation work went very well and was professionally completed. All equipment and furniture was first rate and flawless. After the integrated remote was programmed, the system was fully demonstrated and detailed notes were provided. It was wonderful to be able to control all the electronics with a common control. The infrared repeater worked very well with all electronics responding properly behind their closed doors which gave a fully custom look and feel to the home theater. After fully using the system for several days, I am very pleased with the results.
