Denny's Air Conditioning & Heating

They are very good.  They are very professional and prompt.  I will grade them highly across the board.  I failed to find something wrong with them.

My godparents' heater and thermostat was not working on a Saturday. After calling the main number, an associate referred me to Rick who eventually spoke to my godparents to help them work through the problem on the phone. Rick was very professional and helpful. He did his best by phone to help my godparents fix the problem at no charge.

No return call from message left.

The technician showed up and said it only needed an igniter. He had the part in his truck and completed the repair in 5 minutes. I highly recommended these guys, professional, honest, fast and reasonable.

Well, they came out right away. They also installed an air conditioner for me last year and that went well to. This time, their response time was just great. They took care of everything. I did not get charged a thing for this because we were to the day of the warranty. It was funny. I do not think they would have charged me anyway. They did great, and I am pleased!

Came out the same day and did a great job BUT! But was VERY expensive. We paid $680 for less than 2 hours work and materials was probably less than $30.00 The job should have been maybe $400 and we probably overpaid $280 or 70% too much. But the A/C works!

Denny's Heating and A/C responded to my call the same day and on a Saturday during a June Heat streak. Unbelieveable. The service was without a doubt the best we have received from a service. Rick called to let me know when to expect him (keeping me informed) on his time. Polite, Very well priced. Remember, it was a hot day, short notice, and on a Saturday. There are good guys out there.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY FIXED MY PROBLEM. I AM SATISFIED WITH IT. I AM SATISFIED WITH THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. I AM SATISFIED WITH IT. I PRICED AROUND, AND THEY ARE RIGHT IN THERE.

AIR CONDITIONING WENT OUT MID MAY. DENNY'S WAS CALLED AND RESPONDED WITH IN 4 HOURS. RICK ANDERSON ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND PROMPTLY REPAIRED AND REPLACED PARTS AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED. HIS FEE'S WERE WITH IN REASON.
