One of the worst experiences ever! I should have suspected something was amiss upon driving up to their parking lot. There were at least half a dozen of their employees just hanging around the front of the store chatting and goofing off. We didn't think much of it. They had a tent sale on their parking lot. I admit they have some nice looking furnitures and decent, bargain prices. One of their sales rep (Mayra Morales) introduced herself and asked if we needed help. We said we're just browsing. From then on she would just tailed us from the moment we left the tent and throughout our walk through their warehouse. And they have a huge warehouse! We would often stopped and repeat our request that we were just browsing. She didn't seemed happy we were there. It got to a point where it became uncomfortable for us even to be present...besides I got tired of looking over my shoulder and seeing her glared at us. I called the store the next day to report the incident but according to the person answering the phone, they have no manager on site nor anyone to take care of complaints...go figure. We have been shopping through at least a dozen ohter furniture stores and never have been harrassed like this. It's sad. Would not surprise if they go out of business.
