COASTAL HOTSPRING SPAS

They came and installed spa and Gazebo. They asked if they could change it to Friday. ON Saturday late Randy shows up and says crew is not coming out to put up the Gazebo due to them being tired. I had him sign a paper stating he was the one cancelling the work. They were to come over on Monday and put the Gazebo up. They spent the day to put the Gazebo we were very courteous giving them lunch and allowing them to cool off in our pools. They were not done and had to leave to go install the other spas. They also delivered the wrong colored step and the wrong cover lift. My husband went out to look at the Gazebo and the Gazebo is not put together correctly. I called and spoke with the Manager who stated they would come out today. They came out this Morning I thought they were going to work and they just picked up the tools and said they would be back later. They have not installed the Gazebo or replaced the incorrect items. AS OF THURS 1-2-2017 THE ELECTRICIAN INFORMED ME HE STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID BY THIS CO FOR WORK THEY HIRED HIM TO DO AT MY HOME.. COULD PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME.. BILL OWNER COASTAL SPA AND PATIO DOESN'T RETURN TEXTS RE; THIS AWARE MANY TIME RE; NEEDS TO PAY THE ELECTRICIAN OR LIEN COULD BE PLACE BUT STILL DOES NOT RESPOND

Several days later they called and asked why I put a stop payment on the check. I told them that if I knew I needed to spend $700 for the pump and another $1,000 for the master control panel, I would never have fixed it in the first place. We agreed that they would come back and remove the second pump, and they could keep the $140 I paid on the first visit as payment for fixing the leak. They showed up the next day and removed the pump. Again, I needed to wait until the next day to test the spa without the second pump. When I filled it and tested it the next day, the first pump worked fine, but now the heater unit, which was working fine before they removed the second pump, was not working at all. I feel they on purpose damaged the heater unit when they removed the second pump. The spa now sits in my backyard unable to heat water at all. It is unusable thanks to them. Do not use this company. They are unprofessional and a rip-off!!!!!!

IT WAS FINE. WE DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THE PRICE IS COMPETITIVE. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS ADEQUATE. WE HAD A GUY WHO SOLD OUT TO THEM, AND WE JUST STAYED WITH THEM.

THEY SAY WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO, AND THEY DO IT. THEY HAVE A WELL-RATED SPA THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM. PEOPLE GIVE YOU A TIMEFRAME AND THEY SHOW UP IN BETWEEN. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK. THEY HAVE A GUARANTEE.
