Punctual and the people knew what they were doing.The owner came out himself to give us the quote. I found him to be very honest and didn't try to sell me anything extra. I got 3 estimates on the work. He was the 1st one I had. He told me my unit was adequate for my house. He said others will try to sell you something larger which you don't need. He was absolutely right! And I saved alot of money because of it.

One word: WOW. I was impressed immediately by Jason, the tech who made the initial visit and gave me the bid, which was thousands less than a competitor's bid for the same job. He was friendly, personable and professional. We made the appointment and Bob and Ray arrived on time this morning. They installed my new unit quickly. They put down drop cloths and vacuumed and cleaned up, leaving the area spotless. Bob discussed the warranty and permits with me and answered my general questions with a smile. Both he and Ray were top notch, again, friendly and professional. I work in the construction lending business, I deal with sub contractors on a daily basis. Climate Air Master and their staff are highly competent and were a pleasure to work with. Kudos.

These were pretty awesome.  They came on time and started work immediately.  There were a few hiccups but worked with me to work around them, even if it meant getting someone from their shop to deliver the parts to the job.  I had a few go backs for very minor details.  Jennifer was very responsive and the details worked out.  I would highly recommend these guys.

My in-laws had Climate Air Masters install A/C into their house so when we were looking into it we had them out to bid the project.  We called them and asked if they could come out the next day for a bid and they agreed.  Kevin showed up on time and was very quick with the bid of just over $5,000 for a 13 SEER A/C.   We had another bid done by a large company which was over $11,000 for same project.

After one day of my wife and I discussing it, we wanted to change a few things in the bid.  We contacted the office and spoke to Jennifer, and asked for a bid that would qualify for the HERO program.  She said no problem she would get with Kevin and send us a new bid.  Within one hour we had a new bid e-mailed to us for $6,225.00 for a 16 SEER A/C, HER?s rating and permits that would qualify for the HERO Program. 

After a few days of my wife discussing it and checking up on other bids, we decided to go with Climate Air Masters.  Jennifer throughout the whole time of looking at other offers and questions was very quick to respond on any question we had and worked very well with us on scheduling the system install.

We got the system scheduled to be installed within one week.  The two installers showed up on time, and in fact half hour early.   They were very nice guys, clean and very professional on managing the curve balls a house built in 1959 through at them.  The entire install took less than 6 hours and they even helped me program my wifi thermostat before they left.   

The installers even noticed something missing on my furnace that was already in the house when we bought it.  They reported back to their office that the furnace wasn?t going to pass inspection without something installed.  The office called us the very next day and said they would like to send two guys out to install something on the furnace so our inspection could go smooth.  I am very pleased with how they dealt with this.  This wasn?t a system that they even installed and yet came back out installed parts and didn?t raise the price at all.

The office also had the HER?s inspector also out the day after initial install and everything went smoothly.  We have yet scheduled a city inspection for reasons of waiting on HER?s report first. 

I without a doubt will contact this company for any future install that I have and will highly recommend them to anyone. 

We recently needed to replace our sixteen year old A/C compressor. After researching which brand to get, we decided upon Trane, Rheem or Carrier. To find a contractor we researched on this web site and the manufacturer’s web site. Based on that information, we picked three contractors to give us a bid. Of the three, Kevin from Climate Air Masters, the Trane contractor, had a reasonable price and seemed the most knowledgeable about what we needed. His bid included the unit, replacing the evaporator coil, flushing out the line set of the old system, getting the applicable city permit and arranging for the HERS testing.

On the appointed day two folks showed up and did the work in about 3 hours. They were polite and didn’t seem to be bothered by me asking a lot of questions. The installation was neat and clean after they finished. It took about another week to get the HERS testing complete and another week to get the paperwork back to arrange for the city inspector to come out. The city inspector came out a day or two later and signed off on the work.

I am happy with the performance of the unit and how the installation process went. I would certainly recommend Climate Air Masters for any ones A/C needs.

They were early, done sooner than expected, and we got our Trane! They worked with me on the price and were great to deal with. The initial inspection was thorough compared to the other two quotes we got. The first quote never went into the attic and the second claimed we needed something that we didn't.

They lied to me because they gave me a price initially which was different from the price that they gave me when I got there. A guy there informed me that he was not the manager but he was the manager. My landlord asked him if he could give a discount and they confirmed that they would come back the next day and do the work. He had the cheque ready for them but they changed their mind; I am guessing it was because it was not the price that they wanted even thought they agreed on it. It was supposed to be $450 but my landlord talked him down to $375. A guy said he was just a regular worked where as I found out through another employee that he was the actual manager and could make the decisions to reduce the price. They were not honest about the work and the price. If they did not want to do the work for such a low price then they should not have agreed to it. They did not even call back to try and negotiate anything with me as well. I would not go back to them again. They were over priced because I called other people over the phone. Initially when I called them they came within a couple of hours but when they were supposed to return to actually do the work they never showed up or call; I had to call them. They were good in the beginning when they started talking to my landlord but later switched off.

Kevin, the sales guy, was very knowledgable and helpful in guiding us through the right units for our needs, which turned out to be different from what we thought we needed. Jennifer, back in the office, was very responsive and communicative with all the paperwork and scheduling. And bob and Abel were great at installing our new equipment! Quick, clean and friendly, plus tolerant of our dog and incessant questions from the 3 year old supervisor in the house...

Kevin the owner came out himself for the eval. We'd had a couple other companies out and their estimates were far higher. Kevin was honest in telling what we did and didn't need to have done. Based on his input, we were able to delay making this repair and later get all that we wanted and more.

We had to rush to get the A/C system installed and I only had 2 A/C installers provide quotes so I don't know absolutely if I got the best price but I feel I got the best service. Climate Air Masters was within line of the other quote but Kevin was not pushy and did a good job of listening how I wanted the system installed. He provided some suggestions and recommendations that were very reasonable (and I'm gad he did) while the other installer tried to sell me additional things that weren't needed. After they moved the furnace from the furnace closet to the attic, they repaired (roughed-in) the closet but did not finish out the closet with floating and taping. At first I thought they should have easily finished out the closet but after we hired a painter who finished out the furnace closet into a closet, the two painters took about 8 hours to finish it out (a lot of time was spent buying the materials and paint). So looking back, it was reasonable that the work was out of scope for Climate Air Masters. The best part was his crew made some more installation recommendations that weren't part of the proposal but they didn't charge me for the additional work which was great. The A/C system was installed in 1 3/4 days.

When I called I got and appointment for an estimate right away. and quot;Kevinand quot; looked at the space, measured and then gave me several options. He was knowledgeable and understood what was needed for the home. The next day and quot;Jenniferand quot; sent me a written quote via e-mail. When I decided on Climate Air, Jennifer scheduled a work start date to fit my schedule, and kept me on track with reminders.
The team, Abel and Bob, arrived on the specified date right on time and begun work immediately. They finished in the time quoted (1 and 1/2 days) and the system was up and running. The work was done quietly and with no mess and very little intrusion. This was especially important since the condo is occupied by renters. The guys were professional and polite, very pleasant, good humored, and able to field all my questions regarding operation and maintenance. I had gotten four quotes, of which Climate Air's was the least exspensive, however I did not rest on that alone since I had a very bad experience in the past with the and quot;cheapestand quot; contractor. No, I researched the products and types of systems and found Climate Air in line with my independent research, I also check, you guessed it, Angies list and found excellent reviews, whereas the next contender had lousy reviews, even though they were in the price ballpark. I am very glad to have chosen Climate Air and thankful for those who took the time to rate Climate Air and the other contenders.

The project went very well. The abatement company took one day to remove the asbestos ducts. Then they had two men out each day by 8:00AM and had the work done within 7 1/2 days. They actually had the primary removal and installation work accomplished in 2 days. However due to the weather they had to wait until the following week to get to the roof work. That took only half a day. The guys were extremely helpful and very professional. They were flawless about covering everything before beginning the work and maticulous with their clean up. My wife came home each day and couldn't tell they were there.
They were the only company that took complete responsibility for everything that was needed to get the job done, by including it all in their quote. No other company (I got 4 other quotes) would handle the abatement work directly. No other company included the total cost of permitting the work in their bid, like they did.
When we ran into some design issues, due to electrical service that was needed as well as some needed duct changes, they handled it all without using it as an excuse to upcharge. The owner Kevin came out to check on the work and to make sure I was happy. They seemed to really care about doing a good job for me.

The service tech showed up well within his two hour service window, and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He had a spare part in his truck and had my heater working again in about 20 minutes. The technician was professional and friendly. I will hire this company again

Start to finish was top noch.

The experience was excellent. They came in and they checked everything to make sure it was all running properly. We have kind of weird air conditioning system and it was up in the attic. They did all the automatic inspection and we had to use them before for the problem that we had. We really had some leakage coming from the air conditioning tube up there. They were very good. One of the people that works here, use to work at the one where we bought it from so the new company bought them out, they have been around for long time now. They were here when we needed. I will continue to use their service in the future.

From start to finish, they operated in the most professional manner. For both the estimate and actual job, they were extremely punctual. I forget the man's name that came to give the estimate, but he was very helpful and went over all our options throughly - even talked us down from a more expensive unit, since it would have been overkill for our size home. The job went smoothly and quickly - the guys cleaned up after and would have never known they were there (other than the new gleaming heating unit). A+!!!

Setting up the appointment via email was a breeze. The service provider, Dan, was on-time and did what seemed to be a through inspection/filter change/cleaning of the system.

They were very pleasant to have in my home. They were respectful of each other. The job they did was impeccable. They kept the home as clean as possible. They explained things to me whenever I had a question. They were competitively low priced. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They were also very honest.
