I just moved into a new condo and need the locks changed. I attempted to replace the locks myself and realized that I was out of my depth. I called Jim at City Lock & Key, he was very professional and agreed to come out on Friday. He gave me a timeframe for the work and showed up within the timeframe. He explained why the new lock would not work and why rekeying the present lock was the way to go. He was very efficient, friendly and polite. The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely use his service again.

It was a great expierence. Jim came early and was friendly. Left no mess, which I've had people do in the past. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely use again.
