+ -1 moreI heard the CashCall Mortgage commercial on the radio with the No Closing Cost refinancing back in early April 2013. Decided to look into it and found they had better refinance rates than any bank or credit union that I could find. I was a little skeptical at first because of the great rates and no cost, but that skepticism faded fast. Started up the process on Sunday April 14 with a phone call. An appraiser was out on the following Thursday. All the paperwork was sent via FedEx or scanned and emailed.. Their local closing attorney came to my home at 7am on May 8 for closing. The 7am was my choice. Kudos to the Loan Processor, Claudia Nazari. The whole process was fast, convenient with a great rate, no closing costs and no surprises.
Description of Work: 30 year refinance of Woodstock GA home at 3.625% with No Closing Costs.
