They are not competent enough. They just gave their ideas to be paid and just move on. It was a ripoff.

Aaron, owner and installer, could not have been any better explaining our needs and what our equipment options are. Aaron was very professional and pleasant and completed the AC and heating system in three days, with no interruptions. We have recommended Caliber to our friends and relatives.

I replaced my heating & a/c system and air ducts in early 2018 and Aaron did a super job. Aaron is the owner of Caliber located in Anaheim, CA. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had and was and very careful and neat removing and replacing the units. I decided to have annual maintenance checkups (something I never did with the old system) and did so in 2019 and 2020 and everything is running like a top. I plan to use Caliber for all of my future heating, venting & a/c needs and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company to work with.

Our A/C was taking a long time to cool the house and was cycling on and off constantly. Aaron found a large gap between the condenser coil and blower in the attic. He sealed the gap, performed maintenance on the system, and tested the compressor for adequate pressure. No more cold air leaking into the attic and the house cools much more quickly now! We appreciate his honest approach to business--he does what is required without trying to sell the customer on unnecessary upgrades/repairs. We will definitely call Aaron when we need to have our system replaced.

Everything went great!! Aaron, arrived on time, was very neat and respectful of my house making sure my light carpet was not soiled. Very pleasant and personable without wasting my time or spending extra time.

Caliber did not have the lowest price of our 3 estimates but we were most impressed with the proposal and they did not disappoint. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, firm price, great product.

Aaron was reasonably priced and didn't try to up sell us on anything we didn't need to do even though he could have easily done so. Aaron also coordinated the asbestos abatement for us which was a huge help.
