THE SERVICE OVERALL WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME ALL THREE DAYS. WHEN I PICKED THE TYPE OF TILE AND COLOR OF TILE, THE RETAIL TILE STORE HAD THE WRONG COLOR SHADE ON THEIR DISPLAY. SO WHEN BROTHER TILE ORDERED THAT COLOR AND WAS READY TO INSTALL, WE REALIZED IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. THE OWNER AND I WENT TO THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT WENT WRONG AND THE STORE REALIZED THEY MADE A MISTAKE. IT WAS NICE THAT MY INSTALLER WAS UNDERSTANDING.
