They set up a date and time to start and they were their right on the dot. All of brians workers were completely professional and friendly. They were helpful in all ways even to make sure that everything would come out exactly the way I wanted. The Job was started when they said it would and it was also finished the day they said it would be done. Normally I am stressed for these types of big jobs, but I was completely relaxed from the beginning. After the first day I knew that they were the right choice. When they were setting up forms I did not know that they were going to level my backyard out as good as they did. They also fixed a problem that a previous contractor made without being asked. 2nd day they installed drains and finished forming and installed the rebar. I asked if they could pour in two days due to my schedule due to me wanted to be there for the entire pour and Brian accomidated me without any fuss. I am not someone who usually writes reviews a lot but when you find somebody this good that you will want to use over and over again. You give them the praise that they deserve. I called 7 contractors, 6 showed up and only 1 other did I even consider for this job. But they were a distant second. Everything came out flawless, from the water flowing exactly to where the drains are, to the pattern, bands, broom finish, to the final cleanup. Everthing that Brian said they would do they did, plus more. I hope the Brians Concrete Service has a long and successful business because I do plan on using them again since I manage several homes and Brian not only does concrete but brick, stucco, stamping, irrigation, drains and a wide variety of concrete finishes. Thanks again Brain, A. Boshman
Description of Work: I had around 1850 square feet of cement that needed to be poured around a water feature. Most of it was double walkways formed with 6" double band detail. The rest was a lounging area also with 6" double band detail. The Bands were smooth finish and light broom finish between the bands. They also put down rebar 2.5' on center with 3000 PSI cement and drains.
