I was embarrassed to have someone even come into the house because of how dirty everything was. The owner of BG's Cleaning Service immediately put me at ease during our initial phone call. She was non-judgmental during the walk through and very positive. She cleaned so much the first day that I added an extra tip. I look forward to her coming regularly and helping me maintain a presentable home so that I won't feel ashamed anymore. I highly recommend BG's Cleaning Service.
