It went fine. They come every three months or every six weeks. It worked out pretty well. I like the punctuality and responsiveness if we have an immediate action like if we see something is out of the ordinary that needs immediate attention, they are out there in a day or so. I don't have any negative to say about them so I guess that is a positive recommendation. They are here on time, the cost is reasonable and they seem to be effective.

I contracted with Berrett in Sept. of 2011 and have been VERY pleased with their service and results. The only reason I gave them a B, instead of an A is the last time they came (June 2012) I was out of town, so didn't see how they worked. I came home and found the bill in my stack of mail, so I knew they were here. However, I had several spiders in both my front and back yards, as well as a new wasp nest by my back door. When I paid the bill I included a note advising them of what I found. I heard nothing, until last evening when they called to say they would be out for my regular service today. I told the technician about the spiders and the note for which I had no response. He said if I had called and told them I was not satisfied, they would have come back and taken care of it. He also explained that there are times of the year when the spiders are more prevalent (this must be the time). I would like to have known that before. I would also like to have known that I needed to make a phone call, because written correspondence is ignored. This was only one time in almost a year that I was not satisfied, so I will most likely sign on for another year. I like my grandchildren to be able to play in my yard without having to worry about black or brown widows. Another company has come "courting" but I'll probably stick with Berrett.

They came out about a month ago. They are here every three months. We kind of contract by the year and I don't pay anything because it comes out of my trust fund. I really like them because they are prompt and they call the day before they show up which is good for me. Andy is the name of the guy that comes out and he comes early in the morning which is early for me. He likes to be here at eight. I'm disabled so I don't do morning and it's good to have a head's up so atleast I could be dressed up although I just don't feel like getting up. When Andy comes in I just tell him hello and go back to sleep. He comes and visits me in my bedroom. They are just really easy for me to work with. Before I started using Barrett I had an infestation of black widows, they were there in my pantry, behind my kitchen garbage, in my cupboard, they were just everywhere and I'm terrified of spiders. I haven't seen a black widow for months now after using them. Their price is good because once upon a time I had another service provider for rat control and they were very expensive. Barrett sprays with something that is effective but doesn't make my dog sick.

They are reliable and punctual. I think their prices are competitive. I think I will probably look for other providers in the future.
